Magnificent Mile centrally located. Bar with happy hour, restaurant for breakfast. The bar made good cocktails and breakfast was large enough to hold me the whole day. It’s central location made walking to parks the lakefront and museums easy.
The exceptional staff- Joe at the front desk was amazingly kind and helpful. The room and maintenance staff were prompt and professional. As I was there recovering from transitioning a dear friend who passed. The stay was definitely restorative.

I worked with this hotel to secure a room block for an event hosted in Chicago. Despite a citywide event taking place at the same time, they were able to accommodate my group and stay within my budget. The staff was attentive, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for group bookings and events.
