No tenia ni enchufes bien ubicados ni perchas ni placards ni lugar para la valijas, la habitacion la contatamos por Booking entonces siempre esta a nombre de 1 perona y pedimos habitacion doble pero como estaba a nombre de 1 persona ellos "PENSARON" que era habitación simple! Un horror! Un desastre! La verdad que el staff muy buen modo pero el hote no vale la pena!

La habitación, las escaleras que viene y van, la falta de perchas, el poco lugar de guardado, el tamaño del baño

Staff is extremely helpful
Pros:

We stayed 6 nights there for our honeymoon. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating all our needs, the room was cleaned daily, the complimentary shuttle to the city centre was very handy.

Cons:

Having a gym or spa would be perfect for rainy days.

Great stay for visiting the area, Florence and access to the EUI facilities. I’ll be back!
Pros:

Great location with very nice views over Florence, various restaurants within walking distance. Great Michelin start restaurant at the hotel which is highly recommended! Stunning view whilst enjoying a culinair dinner.
Great breakfast, indoors or outdoors. Enjoyed the Monte Ceceri Summit loop hiking trail with beautiful views and nature with an easy access to this trail from the hotel.

Cons:

Swimming pool was very nice and refreshing, however a bit small.

Family trip to Florence
Pros:

Hotel outside Florence in a beautiful hill with nice views of Florence. The hotel has its own restaurant (Michelin star!) and if you want other options the nearby the village of Fiesole has several restaurants with options of Fish, meat and delicious pizza.
We stood at a family room (4 adults) and it was confortable, quiet and with quite air conditioning.
Hotel has parking and offers a shutlle service to downtown and back to the hotel

Cons:

All was great, maybe being a 5-star equivalent hotel you may want to consider including some additional options for breakfast (omelette, not just scrambled eggs), but this is a constructive comment , as the breakfast offered was delicious and the possiblility to sit outside on the terrace overlooing Florence is a luxury!

Pros:

Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het personeel ook super vriendelijk. De hotelkamer viel ons tegen. Erg klein. De badkamer erg klein. Wat ons betreft het hele hotel ook een beetje vergane glorie. De shuttlebus naar Florence ook super geregeld. Ontbijt prima. Halverwege naar benden zit een hele leuk restaurantje welke behoorlijk betere prijzen hanteert. Het zwembad. Ja klein, maar je kunt er zwemmen. Ook hier is het niet helemaal netjes. Zonde want het heeft alle ingrediënten.

Nice Hotel . Very helpful staff . Hotel shuttle bus a real bonus ( need to book shuttle in advance )
Pros:

Lovely view over Florence . Close to Firestone ( car preferable as it’s a long steep walk ) . Free shuttle into Florence was really useful. Pool small but nice . Breakfast was good .

Cons:

The food in the regular hotel Bistro ( not the Michelin restaurant) was very expensive for a mediocre meal . It’s better to go eat in Fiesole if not using the Michelin restaurant ( which was not open on Sundays and Mondays )

Pros:

Het personeel is heel gastvrij en vriendelijk! Ontbijt is ook super en heel gevarieerd. Wat ook wel heel fijn is dat er een zwembad is om af te koelen tijdens hele warme dagen, het is geen groot zwembad maar voldoende om af te koelen!

Cons:

De luidruchtige andere gasten (laat terugkomen en dan niet om de andere gasten denken) en dat het er vrij gehorig is in de kamers.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour au sein de l’hôtel ! Idéalement placé, il offre une vue imprenable sur la ville tout en étant au calme.

L’accès à Florence est d’une extrême facilitée grâce au service de navette proposé par l’hôtel lui même, ainsi que le bus qui passe régulièrement juste devant l’hôtel.

Merci à tout le personnel qui a été très attentionné tout au long du séjour, et surtout toujours très souriants !

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

È stato fantastico! Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile, la colazione è stratosferica e mi hanno sorpreso con una tortina con una candelina dato che era il mio compleanno e mi ha veramente scaldato il cuore. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navette per andare a Firenze ed è andato tutto secondo i piani e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’aria condizionata in camera è stata una salvezza, dato che abbiamo alloggiato durante uno dei weekend più caldi d’estate. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito del magnifico ristorante che hanno ed è stato veramente un peccato, speriamo di ritornare!
