I really enjoyed the way I was treated like family. The check in with Kathy was great, she made us smile after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was a hit with my kids. Overall, great place to stay with family

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by mrs Dovie Villa who then quickly processed our check in. It was our third time staying at this hotel and we loved it. Room was clean and tidy, car parking is easy and close to the room, hot breakfast made fresh daily and hotel staff is always helpful. We love returning to stay at this hyatt house. yunita W.

Check in with Uila adi tema Elissa was there for one day. I was so exhausted and so mad that my flight was delayed came in and these wonderful ladies helped me was a smooth check-in. Thank you so much ladies keep up your Customer Service cause it’sa wonderful Uila help me so much so patient thank you Best place to stay at.

The location was very centrally located to local beaches, yet not in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The property is beautiful. We stayed in the 2-bedroom with a queen in each room, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. We had a view of the pool. It was clean, and the staff was very attentive and responsive. Please be aware that there is no elevator, and if you are staying on floor 2 or 3, your luggage will need to be carried upstairs. However, the staff was very willing to assist with this!

Hyatt House LAX/Manhattan Beach has almost perfect location for what we were doing in LA. 5 miles away from LAX, right next to bus stop and metro station, 2 miles to Manhattan Beach. We spent two days on Manhattan Beach biking and walking, then used metro to visit family near downtown LA. Not needing a car to get around was a big relief. Our room was larger than the usual hotel rooms, and very quiet at night.

Adi has done a great job helping to make sure our accessibility needs are met with the room and overall experience with our stays. As Globalists, we do a lot travel for business, and with a long term stay here we are always impressed with how Adi is so friendly and welcoming, and manages everything here so well.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we had at Hyatt House. From the moment we arrived, UilaAdi and Elissa were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
They both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Their willingness to help and genuine care made us feel valued and right at home.

We came from Europe for my daughter's graduation in LA and stayed at this hotel for several days. I made a bit of a mess with the reservations since it involved multiple days, several rooms—one accessible, one not—but UilaAdi and Elissa at the front desk were soooo kind and helped us sort it out. Many thanks and much gratitude to these two ladies.

Uilia and Tema were truly amazing! They provided excellent service and made sure that I had a comfortable stay! Would highly recommend this establishment bc the staff is great!

Hila and Tema are THE best duo to run the front desk. Easy check in, answered all the questions we had, and they made us feel welcomed. I would give more stars if I could. I’m definitely coming back again.
