Maravilla de Hotel

La cercanía a la playa, que esta en una zona bastante concurrida y las albercas

Cons:

Primero el personal es poco empatico se solicito apoyo con tv y aire acondicionado y llego 4 horas despues y haciendo mala cara, los elevadores no servían, el piso que me toco no tenía wifi, olía demasiado a humedad era super incomodo estar dentro de la habitación por el olor, encontre cucarachas,la tv nunca sirvió, el aire acondicionado a mi parecer no servía y cuando solicite ayuda me dijeron que ya estaba prendido y era el máximo, tuve que dormir con un ventilador portátil personal. Definitivamente aunque es económico no volvería ahí

No servia el elevador y me todo en un tercer piso.
Las cortinas de las regaderas de la habitación sucias con hongos.
En la habitacion que me toco no servia la pantalla.
No cubre ninguna expectativa.
Las fotos que ponen del hotel nada que ver con al realidad.

Se aprecia que están trabajando duro para restablecer las habitaciones, pero lastimosamente no son lo adecuado todavía, desde la recepción, pasando por el elevador y terminando por habitaciones y no se diga del aire acondicionado, que es terrible y con un calor de 35 grados imagínense, ojalá el hotel logre su cometido de volver a ser lo que era antes, mientras yo no regreso¡¡¡¡

En lo personal todo poderoso esta excelente, yo soy clienta de ahí voy 2 o 3 veces x año... lo único que le cambiaría sería el aire acondicionado.. la verdad que batalle hasta con mis hijas.. muy bajo el aire y se sentía el bochorno a todo hora en la habitación luego hacia más frío que en la habitación..

Las instalaciones muy descuidadas, nada que ver con las fotos, tiene cucarachas, mi cuarto estaba sucio, el fregadero tenía nopales de quien sabe cuanto tiempo, La almohada apestada a vomito. 3n fin, lo barato sale caro.
