La ubicación, la limpieza de las instalaciones y los espaciones disponibles para descansar.

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento, el elevador no subía al piso 5 dónde nos quedamos. Los muebles son algo viejos y las sábanas muy arrugadas y desgastadas. Además de que sería factible poner un refrigerador para poder enfriar nuestras bebidas. Además poner un aire acondicionado un poco más resistente porque no enfriaba tanto y se seguía sintiendo el bochorno. Es normal por el clima, lo sé. Pero en la habitación esperar refrescarte un poco sobre todo cuando llegas a dormir.

Nada está horrible el lugar muy sucio

La instalación de luz provisional las ventanas no cerraban bien ,al baño tirando agua con fuga las camas más duras que una tostada ,sin tv pésima habitaciones nada que ver con las imágenes que muestran yo creo son de otro hotel esas imágenes

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado funcionando en la habitación y otras áreas.Azulejos del baño con hongos. No hay maleteros. Las almohadas huelen a humedad y las sillas de la habitación están negras de mugre No sirve ni el control ni las televisiones

la picina en la terraza es muy bonita y con las luces fue la mejor parte, sin embargo en la noche me dijeron que estaba fuera de servicio y tuve que salirme. (no habia ningun anuncio de que fuera asi)

la limpieza en las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, habia cucarachas ya que las coladeras del baño no cuentan con tapas, las sabanas parecia que no las habian cambiado, estaban arrugadas y mal tendidas, el baño estaba sucio cuando entré, la habitación era muy ruidosa en general, instalaciones viejas, y el aire no funcionaba muy bien por lo que no enfriaba lo necesario
