I did like my room, they were able to put me on the second floor as requested. The jacuzzi was full of bubbles that were caused by the cleaning products. I literally had to scoop out the phone but it just kept building up. I did let the staff know, but even 4 days later the jacuzzi was still filled with foam littered from the elements.
I also really enjoyed the swimming pool.
When I checked in, there were two young women who were working at the front desk. I was having difficulty with my digital credit card. I asked to use the phone to call my bank, and was told no I could not use their phone. Both women had a poor attitude and did not make me feel welcome at all.
The refrigerator totally froze everything, all of my dreams were rock hard iced. Maintenance turned it on to level 4 and the next day is when I saw that everything was frozen. I even tried to turn it down to level 1 and nothing was working...
Lastly, I tried to use the iron in the room. However it was an older model and was leaving marks on my clothes. The ironing board was probably from the 1980s. The only positive that I can say about the staff was when I called about the iron late at night, the man who answered at the front desk was very kind. I believe his name was chris? I'm not really sure but he was able to get an iron from a different room and have security deliver it.

This is the first time that this has happened to me at this hotel . We had just checked in . 1) the room was small for 2 beds . One of the bed was touching the ac and no one can walk through the aisle . 2) my mom shook the pillows and blanket ,and a huge black spider comes out of the pillow . There were multiple small spiders in the bathroom , and behind the tv there were a lot of webs . Mainly I gave a 1 because of that huge spider and the room is fit for 1 bed not 2
