Cons:

Las habitaciones no las limpiaban adecuadamente y la toalla para salir de la ducha no la cambiaban cada que se pedía la limpieza, a pesar de dejarla en el suelo como indicaron. El aire caliente del aire acondicionado daba exactamente a la puerta de la terraza de la habitación, lo que provocaba bastante calor adicional. En una de nuestras habitaciones se pidió ayuda para reparar una fuga de agua y nunca acudieron a solucionarlo, y se tenían que poner toallas para contener el agua.

Recomendo o hotel pelo custo benefício, para os dias de passeio, pois não tem muito oq fazer nele.

A localização do hotel é excelente!
A comida servida também é muito boa, fechamos pensão completa e cada um dos pratos que provamos, foram muito bem preparados e muito bem servidos! O café da manhã é mais simples e não varia muito ao longo dos dias.
No geral esse custo benefício, vale muito a pena.

Cons:

Para quem busca um hotel mais completo e com comodidades, o Tukan deixa um pouco a desejar.
O primeiro e principal ponto negativo, é que a água do chuveiro e piá do banheiro é SALGADA. Isso confesso que foi bastante desagradável. Ainda sobre o banheiro, não há box de vidro, apenas aquelas cortinas e a água demora muito pra esquentar, isso quando esquenta. Achei a limpeza razoável.
A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, visivelmente algumas coisas enferrujadas e com desgaste do tempo.
Os espaços coletivos são pequenos, a piscina não é muito grande e além de ter poucas espreguiçadeiras não são muito confortáveis, para retirar toalhas de piscina, secador de cabelo, precisa deixar um documento retido na recepção.
Como a praia tem muito sargaço e a piscina simples, ficamos sem ter muito oq fazer nos dias livres.
