Great staff, not so great Facilities
Pros:

Staff was amazing and the location was convenient to the Kia Center and shopping/food

Cons:

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Also, the clientele there was sketchy at best.

It served our need to sleep somewhere after a late night arrival.
Pros:

It was a great little mini-suite with a well supplied kitchen area. Appreciated the 24hr front desk as we got in at 1am. The bathroom looked recently updated.

Cons:

This looked more like semi-permanent housing rather than a place for travelers. AC wasn't working and bathroom didn't have a hair dryer.

Embarrassing and unacceptable
Pros:

I liked the amenities within the room.

Cons:

Everything was minimally clean, there was a weird smell, the bathroom sink did not drain, and they didn't give us a garbage can. We ended up staying elsewhere.

Bad expirience
Pros:

The location, The kitchen was good and the room was clean

Cons:

I reserved for three nights and was charged for all of them. The A/C didn't work, and there was no other room available. I arrived late, so I decided to stay one night anyway, and it was horrible. The guy at the front desk didn't know how to handle the cancellation. After I told him I was leaving for another hotel the next day, he didn't refund me for the remaining two nights. I spent several days calling and escalating the situation with the hotel manager and Booking.com to get my refund. That was a terrible experience.

Not the best compared to my last stay.
Cons:

Dishes were not clean. Had missing utensils and did not have a coffee pot in my room. Had small ants or bugs constant crawling all over the desk in the room.
