Ok for one night, but lots of room for improvement.
Pros:

Location, close to main train station. One helpful staff member.

Cons:

Customer service/friendliness. Rooms / facilities are quite old. Aircon only with limited cooling.

Pros:

It was a perfect location as it was right in the middle of the city. it was like maximum 10 minutes on foot to the train station, and there were ton of places to eat from. and the room was good as well, the staff was really helpful and friendly. i would highly recommend the place. and would definitely be back...

最差的酒店，没有之一，附近的环境差，临近火车站，吸毒的人，无家可归的人较多

走遍全世界，这是我住过最差的酒店！因为入住前酒店空调坏了，我选择退房。前台工作人员说要我自己和Booking 平台客服申请退款，至今酒店老板给出不退款声明，理由是之后空调修好了！我感到酒店非常无理！我家就在法兰克福，因为法克福40 度高温天气，我选择让儿子和八十多岁母亲入住带空调的酒店，是酒店自己的空调硬件设施问题导致选择退房，洒店给我们造成了经济损失和身体健康负担，因为八十岁的老母亲有高血压，我们不得不打车去另外一家带空调的酒店，这明显是酒店的问题，酒店却将问题转嫁到客户身上承担，这对我们来说难以接受，不知道法兰克福还有这么差的酒店，更可笑的是前台还不会讲德语！建议后来者不要踩坑！

In einer heißen Nacht - unmöglich.
Pros:

Gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof aus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Unter dem Fenster sind im Innenhof die zentralen Klimatürme aufgestellt - das macht aufgrund des Lärms und der Abwärme das Öffnen des Fensters unmöglich.

La struttura é molto fatiscente Avevo letto che è in un’ottima posizione: dipende da cosa si intende. É nei pressi della stazione che è effettivamente la zona peggiore della città piena di senzatetto e persone che ti avvicinano per chiedere soldi e altro. La colazione non si fa in hotel ma ti mandano in un altro hotel. L’unica cosa buona della colazione era la macchinetta del caffè dalla quale però, anche se abilitata, non si poteva fare un cappuccino o un latte macchiato perché il latte non c’era. Ho trovato dei panini decisamente vecchi e dei piccoli croissant di qualche giorno prima sicuramente.
La struttura é sporca, le camere sporche. Non sono venuti a rifare la camera. Mancavano molte cose in camera. Il bagno sudicio. Al piano c’era un vago odore di urina o era la moquette davvero sudicia. Mai più nella vita
