Pieni, rauhallinen huone ok, mutta ei vielä remontoitu.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli 350 metrin päässä toisessa hotellissa. Hotelli valittiin sen takia, että se olisi omassa hotellissa. Aamiainen tavanomainen.

It felt unsafe and unclean
Pros:

Good location for the station, the Zeil. Staff in the morning when I checked out were very very helpful and nice.

Cons:

All the rest was a disappointment. The hotel and location don't feel safe for women. When I checked in in the evening, the impression I had was that the hotel was full of men looking for a certain kind of fun. Staff charged me EUR 50 for what they said "minibar" deposit. When I went into the room, there was nothing but ice in the minibar. There were roaches in the staircase. I didn't feel safe in the hotel nor in the area. I expected something very different from a Ramada by Wyndham hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for women at all. When I checked out, there was an issue with my reimbursement of the deposit, but the person there managed to sort it out eventually. The same didn't happen with another person who was checking out there, who was really angry.

Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.
Pros:

Immerhin habe ich für eine Nacht ein etwas weniger dreckiges Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Mein erstes Zimmer war nicht sauber und hatte Defekte, das zweite ging. Sehr laut und muffige Zimmer. An der Rezeption arbeiten freundliche und weniger freundliche Leute.

Very poor
Pros:

It was cheap during the congress days.

Cons:

Location is horrible in the night (very sketchy)
Breakfast is in another hotel 3 blocks away (and very basic)
My room was not properly cleaned
I had no shower gel, asked 2x at the reception and during my whole 3 nights stay no one replaced the empt bottle of shower gel.
I also asked more toilet paper and it was also not given.
I would definitely not recommend if you are a woman alone (my case).

Pros:

Ich bin oft in diesem Hotel, wenn ich auf Geschäftsreise bin. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Oben die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind sehr ruhig. Leider habe ich dieses Mal nur eins zur Rückseite bekommen, was aber auch ok war. Im Innenhof hört man allerdings ziemlich laut eine Lüftung von einem Restaurant nebenan rauschen. Diese hört man auch im Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster. Bei meinen Fenstern waren die Dichtungen beschädigt, sodass sie nicht so gut abgedichtet haben. Ansonsten war alles gut und sauber. Mit Ohrenstöpseln ist es auch ruhig. Von den anderen Zimmern oder vom Flur kriegt man auch nichts mit, was ich sehr gut finde. Es war an sich sehr angenehm. Zum Bahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotz Bahnhofviertel ist es in dieser Ecke noch OK. Außerhalb der Messezeiten ist es ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Was ich etwas nervig fand war, dass nun eine Kaution erhoben wird und die Zimmer gecheckt werden beim Verlassen. Das dauert natürlich etwas und wenn man in Eile ist, ist es etwas blöd. Ich kann aber auch verstehen, dass das anscheinend nötig ist, wenn sich manche Gäste nicht benehmen können. Die nette Dame an der Rezeption hat sich auch extra beeilt und alles hat geklappt. Es ist halt nur etwas nervig und sollte man eben beachten. Ich würde trotzdem wieder buchen.

Es hat uns gar nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Es war sehr schlecht gewesen das Hotelzimmer. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr verdreckt gewesen. Das Personal total unfreundlich gewesen. Man hat das Geld nicht mal ein bisschen zurück erstattet, trotz an dem gleichen Tag die Stornierung.
