We had to change rooms. The thermostat was broken, the room was freezing, the toilet backed up and the shower dripped. The room was not cleaned well, there was still belongings and pubic hair from the previous guest.

Not worth it, go to the Drury
Pros:

The hotel should be required to state off site parking only. The Radisson needs to seriously evaluate this hotel for a major revamp. Absolutely ridiculous that that is a 'convention center' hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The entire place was filthy, run-down, and clearly neglected. The rooms were falling apart and looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained in years.

The hallways smelled strongly of sewage, and the pool was so cloudy that I wouldn’t even consider getting in it. The front desk area was just as bad, with a major leak in the ceiling and water all over the floor.

There is absolutely no excuse for a hotel to be in this condition. This place desperately needs serious cleaning, repairs, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I definitely will not be staying here again.

Not worth the money. The front desk people were nice. This place for a Raddison was disappointing

I liked the location...

Cons:

The bathtub paint was peeling really bad, and the wood thing that it's kind of under the sink kept peeling off, even though you are informed there will be breakfast, there isn't.

Cons:

Room has problems. Smoke detector hanging down from wall.. cardboard above vent. Trim in bathroom comings off abd hanging down. Bathroom light only stayed on for about 30 seconds.

Cons:

The air conditioner was pretty much non working. Several rooms had the doors open because it was cooler in the hallway than the room. Don’t believe I’ll be staying there in the future
