Nothing
The staff was very friendly and it was clean.
We did not get our room serviced at all.
nothing to like.
it is a relic of the covid pandemic era it continues to house homeless and severe drug addicts. Lobby smells of methamphetamine smoke. clerk overwelwed and complained about residents of hotel. it is surrounded on two sides by 30ft walls on deadend street.drugs and peep working the corners out front. it is unsafe. bookings did nothing to assist and charged full price of I week even though I cancelled and left.
The phone didn't work. The TV remote didn't work, The coffee pot didn't work. The A/C didn't work. There was other people's hair in the bathroom. Dirty sheets. Dirty carpet. Rooms hallway and elevator stunk like bad B.O. and the free continental breakfast wasn't free. They said it would cost 40$ per person to eat. And when I complained to the staff about this before and after I checked out they didn't give me any discount or refund. Also they required a 100$ deposit on the room that they said would go back to my card when I check out actually is taking 3-5 business days! Don't stay here! This place is a joke!!
Nothing
Lack of safety, the door could been open just by pushing it, went to complain,an employee came to fix it and the next morning same ,could ooen thw room door just by pushing it.
The phone was out of the outlet, had to use our cell phones to contact the front desk. TV remote was bot working, had to ask to receive the proper remote as they hide them due to thieves. Going to the front desk to have clean towels, staff taking hours prior to bring some others to finish by letting them on the floor in front of the door
I checked in Friday night 5-22- 26 and the young lady on staff at the front desk Shonon was excellent in helping.
There was no mirrors in the room beside the bathroom.
Hallways smelt like cigarettes, weed, body oder and more. There where ants in our room. Kinda of a weird area. Parking is crappy.
My room was clean upon arrival and is located across the street from the convention center. Management staff was polite and friendly for the most part.
Theotel smelled musty (although room smelled fine). AC did not work on night 1. Thermostat not adjustable once AC worked. no Ice on my floor. 1 Bathroom light was out. Breakfast did not have enough food for guests and no staff there to maintain. Management/staff did not inform us of any issues... ie AC was out for many guests on my floor. I suspect that the location is at the start of renovations; BUT, management should have notified the guests of known issues.
Front desk lady was awesome and very helpful
Room filthy, sheets/comforter stained! Bath tub old and out stained peeling paint to cover up damage.
The
The rooms were ok
Close to everything downtown
They are not clean, there was a used soap in the bathroom all my trash cans were full it spelled horrid in the room, stains on my pillows and sheets, the floor was not vacuumed my hotel was dirty when I got in there they didn’t want to clean it and wouldn’t give me sheets so I can change my own after asking several times she gave me one flat sheet to sleep on. It Took them all the way to 4pm before they came to service my room the next day. The hotel is dirty overall the elevator didn’t work you’d have to hope it lets you off on the correct floor. The breakfast should be free it was very nasty there were kids screaming to the top of their lungs from 11pm to 5am when called to complain they said there was nothing they could do about it not to mention the pool being dirty and the water was very murky
Staff are really nice
The rooms were outdated air didn't really work to hot in the building way to expensive to stay there would have better rooms at the motel 6 then there
Location to the arch
Mold on the windows. A/C unit wasn't working in our room and had to change rooms . Bathtub peeling paint. Holes in curtains. Charging for breakfast. Very very run down as a whole.
Pool
No tv remote. Bad service asking for one. Phone wouldn't work. Wasnt plugged in. Couldn't even turn the TV on due to no remote and was up way too loud previously. Hairdryer made room smell like it was burning.
Cheap
It wasn’t clean, and one of our doors did not shut, and you could just push it open at anytime and get in without a key.
nothing.
it was dirty the floors, elevators, windows, room and bedding. The ac was broken in our room it was 80 degrees in there. they didn’t have any other rooms available and were forced to get a different hotel. there’s no stairs to take you back down to the lobby the and we got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. no paperwork when any of the elevators were last serviced. manager was cleaning rooms at 11pm and would not come to talk to the multiple guest complaining about their rooms.
