The location is great if you're going to America's dome. It's a 10 minute walk.
Lots of stuff out of service. In my room which was a handicapped room. The fridge didn't work, the bathroom door was so hard to open or close thank God I wasn't handicapped. No ice, swimming pool was so nasty but no sign saying it was closed. There was 3 elevators but only one worked, luckily I was on the second floor. There's a bar and grill supposedly but no grill. The parking is horrible. They do not have a parking garage so if you can't find a parking space around the hotel you are screwed. The pictures do not look like what the hotel really looks like. Beware and stay away from this hotel!!!
Free parking
Very dirty pool and unwelcoming staff. No facilities on site for such a large hotel and it was dirty
It’s was not clean the staff was very unprofessional no a/c in the lobby or in the hallways
This hotel should be shutdown
Sheronda was very nice.
The breakfast wasn't included like advertised it was an additional $14.95 per person, the attached restaurant/bar was closed, the air wasn't working, only one elevator was working, the toilet in the room was leaking reported it and nothing was done, no outside sitting area, and minimum staff of 1 during a very busy time, parking wasn't conducive.
Rooms was not cleans

The parking for handicap was awful, 1 spot and we were told that we had to park quite a ways from the hotel and pay for it and walk back. They only had the 1 spot and couldn't accommodate any more. We waited over 3 hours for the lady to finally find our reservation after being told we didn't have 1. The front desk staff was very rude and hateful. Only 1 elevator was running with the line to use it was very long and we waited over 20 minutes to get to our room and when we checked out it was worse, we waited for 8 elevators to try and get downstairs, finally ended up taking the stairs while trying to get all of our things down as well. The only person there that was willing to assist us was the young man on night shift, he was very kind and respectful. Our room had no top blankets only 2 sheets, the air conditioner cover was broken and partially laying in the floor. We stayed for 3 days with no room service. When we first arrived we were told no rooms were available, but somehow they finally found us a room after 3 hours and a reservation.
Location was not far from the event
The hotel was not clean, no air, only one working elevator, and café was "under renovation ".
It was close to the venue
No air
The staff were nice
There were bugs, it was really hot, the bar was closed the whole time, breakfast was not served on Sunday, two elevator were down, 2 out of the three rooms we rented the ACs did not work, sheets were dirty, comforter was ripped and the insides were coming out. The smell was strong with mildew. I would not recommend this place to no one
The front staff desk was friendly
The lobby had a ceiling leak. All of the carpets were stained and dirty in all hall ways and our room. The air conditioning didn't work and the first room we got was 87 degrees. The 2nd room was not much cooler. Out of 3 elevators only 1 was working. The landscaping outside was extremely overgrown. Overall, it was extremely run down and filthy.
I loved the fact that it was close to the Dome in walking distance and food places.
The hotel in general, the ac didn’t work in some rooms. 1 of 3 elevators worked the rooms were not up to part for the prices. We were very disappointed and was told that we should of stayed somewhere else as if we were coming in from out of town.
Staff was not friendly
Air in our room was broken and nobody came to fix it
Urine and toilet paper in the toilet at arrival
Dirty Q tips on the night stand
Bathroom sink clogged
Distance from the dome 10/10
Not enough parking. Had to park further down the road the first night. Second night my car was gone through and trashed. Second day had water falling from the ceiling right in the lobby as soon as you come in.
Nothing!
Our first room had poor air circulation the bathtub was dirty looking there was stain on the wall/ holes in wall the carpet was wet and stained. The second air conditioner was super loud and the circulation was also poor the fridge wasn't cold at all the whole hote air was poor the whole hotel was hot! Than breakfast was NOt free! Which it should have been the parking lot was under construction they didn't not state any of these conditions on there website this was a bad hotel stay for us and will never stay there again!
Awful awful do not book
Nothing well the bed was comfortable
It was close to the stadium for the concert July 21st .
I checked and realized the air in my room didn’t work. We were told they were working on it left for the concert got back at 11:40 512 Ish at night after the concert air still hadn’t been fixed went down to the front desk and was told that even if I switched rooms, there was no guarantee that I would be able to have a room with working AC. I also found out that my room door never even locked. You could push it open even without having the Key so safety was not.. I literally checked out and drove back home to Wisconsin, which was a 5 1/2 hour drive didn’t get home till 6:30 in the morning.
The AC was broken. Our room was 84° all evening and night. The ice machine on the floor was out of ice and only one elevator was working.
Location was great and staff was friendly.
Had to park 5 blocks away. 1 out of 3 elevators worked. They have no cart's to put your luggage on. The tub faucet had a stream of water coming out and you couldn't shut it off. The phone in our room didn't work, couldn't call the front desk. The air conditioning took for ever to cool down. It was 82 in our room for hours and only got down to 75. Worst hotel I've stayed at in downtown area.
