Rundown and didn’t feel safe
Pros:

The hotel is in need of a serious refresh. It is really motel style with exterior doors going directly outside. The breakfast was poor. We are not picky people but we didn’t feel safe or in a sanitary hotel. They need to close it down and redo the entire facility.

Pros:

The property was super clean. Staff was super nice. Overall, we loved our stay room was comfortable. The blind was pretty cool with the Nashville city beds could be a little bit more comfortable.

Super Nasty, Beyond Nasty
Pros:

At the point of contact, no greeting just staring.At check out the agent never looked up from her phone , I asked a question, she said just lay your keys on the counter.

Cons:

The room was still, the lower base of the toilet close to the tub wasn't clean , I saw hair on the tile of the shower. Nasty!
Also deep pot holes in the parking lot,I will never stay here again,I wouldnt have stayed,I didn't want to argue and my room was none refundable.

The bed was great.
Pros:

Good location. The male staff person was very nice, helpful. The female staff person seemed very indifferent; barely acknowledged when I returned keys. No "good morning " or anything.

I would not recommend.
Pros:

It was clean for the most part, except the mattress was stained. It was priced decently and was very close to a Waffle House.

Cons:

Hotel is right next to a massive train yard, all you hear all the time is loud train brakes squeaking. Not to mention it’s right beside the interstate. The mattress was stained. The bathtub was too small and made loud noises when you were taking a shower as if they had super cheap tubs. The bathroom was tiny for a king suite.

Our checkout time was 11 am, but our keys were deactivated at 10am. We weren’t done getting our stuff out of the room so I went to the front desk to ask if they could turn our keys back on while we got our stuff. I was rudely told to go find a housekeeper to let us in. So I went all around the entire hotel looking for a housekeeper and found two young boys (must’ve been 10 or younger) doing housekeeping work! They said they didn’t know where the adults were. Finally found an adult housekeeper and she let me in, but I had to get all my stuff in one go or I’d be locked out.

Not up to usual La Quinta expectations
Pros:

This facility is not up to our previous experience with La Quinta Inns. They put us in a room off a dark cave-like area that made my wife a bit afraid. The room was clean for the most part. (There was some kind of spill on the couch and a hair in the tub. )
The breakfast was sub-par: No eggs, only link sausage, no fruit, no adult cereal (only Cheerios and Fruit Loops).
A redeeming fact is that there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance!

Cons:

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Pool needed a little attention. However there was a constant noise all night long from trains- not the horns but squealing breaks- constant high pitched squealing. My kids and I couldn't sleep at all so we decided to us the TV to try to drowned out the noises- but the lowest possible volume on the TV was so loud you could sleep with it on. We ended up leaving around 3 am bc of it.
