Pros:

My family had a great experience during our stay. It was a convenient location and easy to make last minute reservation The price was exceptional compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.

It is close to the highway but free from highway noise, so I slept very well. The location is convenient, and the room was very clean.

Convenient to interstate. Pool was large. Liked that TV had access to Netflix etc. Room was comfortable

Cons:

Pool facilities were excellent but poorly maintained. Wet towels were laying all around on the floor and water was cloudy in deep end. Would be easy to have a bin to throw towels in. Gym equipment in poor repair. Towels laying around. Plumbing in bathroom not in good shape for tub/shower

This was a perfect motel for me and my kids!!! We had a wonderful time!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful!!! Our room was clean. The location was perfect for our trip. The price was very reasonable. We had a great stay and would stay here again if we traveled back.

Cons:

My only was complaint would be the paint in the pool peeling but the pool was great we had a great time in it.

Solid stay, great food, great staff.
Pros:

Great location if you have an early appointment at the Cleveland Clinic.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. Good options. Opened early enough to allow me to make a 7:00 am appointment. Room was on first floor. Great location to Cleveland Clinic. Lots of outlets to plug things in.

Cons:

In my shower, the soap dish had been torn off at some point and there was an uncovered plaster spot on the wall where it had been. The outlets on the bedside lamp were too low for a 3 pronged plug to go in without lifting up the lamp slightly and having it a little off the stand.

Location was easy to get into

Cons:

There was an ice cream cone left in the room and dirt on the floor. The person behind the deck would not get off the phone long enough to correct my problem, then he gave me a different room without saying anything to me. Then he called the new room and ask if it was better and I said yes and he said your welcome like it was my fault that I had a dirty room

Other then parking everything was just fine as usual.
Cons:

The hotel was having work done on the parking lot and it was a little difficult trying to get parking real close to the hotel. It appeared they were quite busy so it was understandable that all close parking was taken . Other than that everything was very good.
