Pros:

This was the best hotel I stayed in. Naked Taco is right next door with the best food service. I had no issues with this hotel. House keeping kept me stocked with towels. Abel in the front was AMAZING!! If I could give 20 stars I would. I’m only staying here when I come to Miami. Lovely hotel!

Pros:

Incredibly impressed with the hotel's hospitality! I had sent them a text message about my room the first night being incredibly noisy due to the bars along the street beneath/across from the hotel and not only did they reaccommodate me in a much quieter room in a different area of the hotel, but the front desk manager, Alex, hand-delivered a "rest and recharge" basket complete with treats for me to have a much more relaxing night stay. Could not be more grateful and impressed!

A quirky hotel in a great South Beach location.
Pros:

The hotel provides a different experience in a great location - near the beach, close to bars, clubs and restaurants. Rooms are on the smaller side, but well laid out. Some challenges - only 1 elevator and it was slow, random alarm was disruptive and housekeeping was lazy and a mess (they no-showed at our requested time and didn't clean the room for 3 days). Breakfast was delicious and available until 2pm (yay! - late night partying).

Pros:

This is at least our 10th visit to Dream South Beach. Love the smaller, boutique size of the hotel as it leads to a personal feel. The staff is amazing and the food/drinks from the High Bar/Naked Taco is excellent!!

Pool Time at Dream Hyatt
Pros:

The pool is so relaxing and not too busy! Had a fun time enjoying the poolside blackjack with Derik at 4PM and sitting by the pool chairs under the umbrellas ☀️

Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located in miami beach area. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, soecial shout out to Alex the barmaid/waitress...she made our stay even better ❤️. The rooms were clean spacious and airy and breakfast was delicious. The roof top pool and bar were also a lovely added bonus with great views of south beach one way and downtown miami the other way. I would definate return to this hotel if visiting miami again.

Great spot for a short stay
Pros:

This property has retained a lot of original features and is in a great location. It also has amazing air con which makes a big difference in a very humid Miami. We were able to get our room deliciously cold! The roof top has a nice pool and bar area.

Cons:

The room is a little basic, I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. I am unable to drink alcohol currently and struggled to get any non alcoholic options, ideally a NA beer but there was none - unusual. You need to ask for the prosecco on check in, I wasn’t drinking so didn’t nurse one but doesn’t feel like you get the warmest welcome.

Pros:

Had a fantastic time at Skybar! The pool area has a great vibe w great music... but Kelly really made the experience stand out. She was incredibly friendly, fun, and welcoming. On top of the great service, she makes a mean margarita... easily one of the best I’ve had. If you’re stopping by the pool bar, definitely look for Kelly!

Great hotel but avoid the lifts
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and staff in the Dream are all first class.
The big downside is the lift system between the two buildings. It is simply crazy and confusing.
