Loved this place right near the beach. Staff at reception were very warm and friendly excellent customer service. Rooms are modern if not a little noisy but that’s the vibe of Miami Beach. Breakfast was good and the rooftop pool and bar was great. Definitely stay here again when in Miami Beach. Thank you

Melody and Colin at the front desk were very helpful and kind! Clean building and room.

The room was nice and the AC worked GREAT!! The lobby atmosphere was very nice and it smelled good. Great value for the money. Also, we LOVED the white noise machine. The general area wasn’t loud anyways, but we appreciated having the machine.

Rooftop pool was small but it wasn’t crowded at all. Plenty of seating.

$5 margaritas next door at the Taco spot. Plenty of shops and dining in the area.

They welcome us with open arms....they had a penthouse available so we upgraded. The staff was friendly and Rassoul was very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay and will do book again during our next visit.

Dream South Beach was the perfect choice for our special getaway with our 10-year-old granddaughter. Its location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, Ocean Drive, and countless restaurants and attractions.

As Hyatt Globalists, we were incredibly grateful for the generous upgrade to a beautiful Platinum Suite. Our granddaughter was thrilled, saying she felt like she was staying in a real "Barbie Dream House" with its stylish décor and rooftop pool! It made her first South Beach experience unforgettable.

Despite the lively South Beach nightlife, our suite was surprisingly quiet. Our granddaughter slept soundly without hearing the street music, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of complimentary earplugs and an electric sound machine, which helped us enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The rooftop pool was a wonderful place to relax, and the complimentary beach chairs and towels made our beach days effortless and enjoyable. Above all, the warm, attentive staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Dream South Beach created memories our family will treasure for years to come. We highly recommend it for its exceptional service, outstanding location, thoughtful amenities, and memorable guest experience. We look forward to returning!

Walking distance to beach , restaurants and shopping centers. The hotel provides beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The attached restaurant has great value of food and drinks

Rassoul was amazing! He was so helpful when it came to all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable before our check in! Our experience was made incredible by him and the staff like Juan! Would definitely recommend 🙏🏼

The location was perfect

This hotel and staff exceeded our expectation! Before we arrived staff reached out to us to confirm arrival time, offer upgrades, and inform us about available amenities. They offer bikes, fitness passes, beach chairs with umbrellas, towels, coffee and water in lobby, popcorn on rooftop etc. We also enjoyed free yoga and salsa classes. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed with champagne and our room was waiting for us. The room was clean and in excellent condition. We had the gold room, the bed was big and comfortable, the room more specious than we expected, the shower nice and warm, and AC quiet and cool! The hotel is in the heart of South Beach so location is excellent! We also loved the rooftop and had great views to watch 4th of July fireworks! Best of all was the very attentive and friendly staff! I didn’t catch all the names but it was hard to say goodbye to Rassoul and staff after they treated us like family for the amazing 6 days we spent with them! We will definitely be back again!!
