The location was great, near the beach, and near shops. The boutique hotel was adorable and the staff Colin, Rasoul and Tessa were delightful!

The hotel was clean and the employees were friendly. However, the room was fairly small and did not have a full-length mirror in the room.

Went to the Dream Hotel in South Beach, Miami for a three day wknd to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted by Alex who was super friendly & very genuine. We received complimentary water and champagne. Every interaction with him moving forward, he addressed us by our name. Location is great, a short block away from the beach and beach ave. Room was clean, cool and beds were super comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast which were both very good. All staff that we interacted with, housekeeping, concierge, front desk, and restaurant, were happy to help and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel, Alex and his team and would book here again in the future.

Overall location is excellent. A block from the beach and right in the middle of SoBe. The overall condition of the hotel however is a bit run-down, especially the pool deck, which was just sad. I think this hotel needs a major facelift.

Rassoul thank you for everything you been done for me , your attitude is just human, please don’t change stay the men you are. Right now .You a good person and dream hotel was just sweet and nice . Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed , I definitely will come back again

The only thing is music from downstairs restaurant could be heard vaguely until 1am.

Other than that room is squeaky clean and nicely decorated. Hotel also offers free beach chairs and umbrella for hotel customers to take it to the nearby Publix beach which is only 5 mins ealk away. Nice place to stay at South beach Miami.

Loved this place right near the beach. Staff at reception were very warm and friendly excellent customer service. Rooms are modern if not a little noisy but that’s the vibe of Miami Beach. Breakfast was good and the rooftop pool and bar was great. Definitely stay here again when in Miami Beach. Thank you

The room was nice and the AC worked GREAT!! The lobby atmosphere was very nice and it smelled good. Great value for the money. Also, we LOVED the white noise machine. The general area wasn’t loud anyways, but we appreciated having the machine.

Rooftop pool was small but it wasn’t crowded at all. Plenty of seating.

$5 margaritas next door at the Taco spot. Plenty of shops and dining in the area.

They welcome us with open arms....they had a penthouse available so we upgraded. The staff was friendly and Rassoul was very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay and will do book again during our next visit.

Dream South Beach was the perfect choice for our special getaway with our 10-year-old granddaughter. Its location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, Ocean Drive, and countless restaurants and attractions.

As Hyatt Globalists, we were incredibly grateful for the generous upgrade to a beautiful Platinum Suite. Our granddaughter was thrilled, saying she felt like she was staying in a real "Barbie Dream House" with its stylish décor and rooftop pool! It made her first South Beach experience unforgettable.

Despite the lively South Beach nightlife, our suite was surprisingly quiet. Our granddaughter slept soundly without hearing the street music, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of complimentary earplugs and an electric sound machine, which helped us enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The rooftop pool was a wonderful place to relax, and the complimentary beach chairs and towels made our beach days effortless and enjoyable. Above all, the warm, attentive staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Dream South Beach created memories our family will treasure for years to come. We highly recommend it for its exceptional service, outstanding location, thoughtful amenities, and memorable guest experience. We look forward to returning!
