Cons:

Very dirty hairs all over the floor when we arrived
Air conditioning had a very loud noise
Walls are paper thin I could hear our neighbors speaking all night

Cons:

Netheid (schimmel douche , stofnetten aan plafond en op plinten,insecten kruipen over de vloer) ;meerderheid van personeel behandelde klant als lucht (vnl poetsploeg en baliemedewerker s’avonds); lawaai buiten wegens renovatiewerken was goed te horen in kamer ;ontbijtkoeken waren oud , geen proactief aanbieden van vers gemaakte cappuccino (pas nadat een vaste klant aangesproken werd door een medewerkster om een vers bereidde cappuccino voor deze ene klant te bereiden , werd ook aan ons dit aanbod gedaan .anders mochten we gebruik maken van de koffiemachine waar geen smaakvolle capucino bereid werd. Hotel is geen 4 sterren waardig.

Over all a lovely stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms a very comfortable and clean. However the walls are very tin and you could hear the people in the next Rooms full conversation. They were not trying to be loud just paper tin wall. I did complain at one point a 2am in the morning. Reception rang the room and we could hear the phone conversation.
