Excellent stay
Pros:

Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Rooms were always clean, and service was prompt. Would definitely stay there again, as the Trastevere location is awesome

Pros:

Clean and comfortable, in the area we wanted, close to public transport links with very helpful and pleasant staff. The breakfast was perfect and the rooftop terrace bar was an atmospheric place for evening drinks.

Dirty, disgusting, disappointing
Cons:

The room smelled like sewer water, was hardly big enough to fit a suitcase, and covered in black mold & dirt - so were the hallways

Beliggenhet, service, takterrassen

Cons:

Savnet de store pottene med siv som dere hadde på takterrassen tidligere. Det gjorde opplevelsen helt magisk. Anbefaler å få potter med siv tilbake.

Excellent stay, I would return.
Pros:

Location was perfect for enjoying the Trastevere neighborhood. A short walk to the restaurants and night life but still very quiet at night. Staff were great and accommodating. Nice area for coffee and breakfast in morning. Rooftop bar was very enjoyable.

Cons:

Room was a bit tight for two people, but we were not in room very often.
