Cons:

Getting a call at 7pm that our TV was too loud when it wasnt. It happened that our room"s tv was on the same wall as the other rooms bed side and a parent wanted to put her kid to sleep. Staff was rude when they called our room about.

The rooms were very comfortable, we liked the pool and games they have for the children, it is my second year in this same hotel and the times I come to Catalina, without hesitation I return to this hotel

Exceeded my brother and myself expectations. Would stay at the Inn again
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast at Inn. Did have lunch which was good. Alex at front desk was professional, friendly. His above and beyond attitude and helpfulness stands out along with the nice clean room incredible bathroom and grounds.

Cons:

We unplugged the refrigerator was making alot of noise, Rm 319. Pool water cloudy.

Overall, we loved the property, the staff were wonderful, it was very homey and comfortable.
Pros:

I loved that it was up on the hill, away from town a bit, but still walkable and the shuttle was great.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little dirty and had ants, and the shower didn’t drain well.
