There were not a lot of restaurant options in the immediate location.
O ambiente interno é bem agradável, a temática espacial é interessante e criativa.
O café da manhã é muito bom com diversas opções e é servido num amplo espaço, sem atropelos e/ou congestionamento dos hóspedes.
A localização pode ser vista por dois ângulos: fica praticamente dentro da Estação Sants o que para alguns pode ser positivo e, por outro lado, fica distante de todos os principais pontos turísticos, sendo necessário utilizar o transporte público para visitá-los.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft so wie beschrieben. Das Negative führte jedoch zu meinem persönlichen Gesamteindruck, (der nicht in Form einer arithmetischen Summe gebildet wurde).
Wir haben dieses Hotel bewusst wegen der direkten Lage über dem Bahnhof gebucht, um vor einer frühen Zugreise eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht zu haben. Leider fiel in der Nacht die Klimaanlage aufgrund eines Stromausfalls aus. Das Zimmer wurde nahezu unerträglich warm, an Schlaf war bis etwa 2 Uhr nicht zu denken. Danach lief die Klimaanlage zunächst auf voller Leistung und kühlte das Zimmer stark herunter. Auf manuelle Eingaben reagierte das System zunächst nicht. So verging die Zeit. Eine erholsame Nacht war damit insgesamt nicht möglich.
Ich habe mehrfach an der Rezeption um Abhilfe gebeten, ein anderes Zimmer war laut Hotel nicht verfügbar. Auf meine anschließende Bitte um eine teilweise Erstattung erhielt ich zwar eine sehr höflich formulierte Antwort, inhaltlich wurde jedoch jede monetäre Kulanz mit dem Hinweis auf einen externen Stromausfall abgelehnt.
Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts für die Ursache des Stromausfalls. Für mich zählt jedoch das Ergebnis: Der wesentliche Zweck der Übernachtung – vor einer frühen Zugreise ausgeschlafen zu sein – wurde nicht erfüllt. Eine kleine Geste der Kulanz wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen, da die Übernachtungspreise anspruchsvoll sind. Dass ich mich bei einem späteren Aufenthalt an das Hotel wenden könne, dass dann prüft, ob ich evtl einen besseren Service bekommen könnte, sind einfache und rosig formulierte, aber weitgehend leere Worthülsen. Bei dieser Art einer Antwort, die einfach zu durchschauen ist, fühle ich mich dann nicht wirklich wertgeschätzt. Schade.
