Good location for access to city. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Slightly disappointed with room. I had paid for a good room but there was no view at all. Permanent shutter over window but I could see there was no view behind it. Didn't feel I got value for money with this room

Strasbourg gerne mit Best Western.
Pros:

Bad mit Fenster und getrenntes WC.
Empfang mind. dreisprachig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gutes Frühstück.
Super Lage, 100 m von der Altstadt entfernt.
Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Waschbecken nur im Bad, nicht im WC.

OK, maar kan beter.
Pros:

Interessant gelegen hotel op 10 minuutjes wandelafstand van het centrum. Het is wel wat een gedateerd hotel dat enkele moderniseringen kan gebruiken. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ook de parkeergarage (beetje verder in de straat) is een meerwaarde. Ontbijtbuffet is OK met voldoende aanbod.

Cons:

Je kan fietsen huren in het hotel zelf maar deze zijn niet echt in topconditie, hebben allebei een grondige revisie nodig.

Very convenient and I’d stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean room and friendly staff. Wry good air conditioning. Good location for the main station and Strasbourg old town.

Well located very good-value for money hotel with an interesting history.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and highly professional. The bonus room with a jacuzzi was very much appreciated. Additionally, the breakfast has carefully selected products from known local farms in the area.

Cons:

Noise from neighbouring street. Tracks that load stuff and are noisy around 5:00 — 7:00 am close to the hotel. However, this may not be within the control of the hotel.
