Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum City-Sightsseing
Pros:

Als Familie zu 3 hatten wir ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer im 3. Stock mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Köln ist perfekt, zum Dom geht man 2 Minuten, zu den Rheinterrassen 10 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof liegt direkt um die Ecke. Beim Frühstück fehlte es uns an nichts, frisches Obst, Saft, Sekt, warme Speisen und verschiedene Sorten Brot und Brötchen. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Die Bar an der Rezeption war eine Zumutung was die Wartezeit anbelangt! 20 Minuten Wartezeit für 1 Kölsch ist doch etwas zu lange. Die Bar ist personalmässig total unterbesetzt, nur 1 Person war für den Service zuständig, vom bestellen, servieren, bezahlen bis hin zum Tische säubern. Den Unmut sah man den anderen Gästen an zumal die Bar am Abend sehr gut belegt war. Respekt an das Personal das trotzdem immer lächelte! Hier besteht absoluter Nachholbedarf!
