Superb
Pros:

The staff were wonderful from the minute we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly. The room was very comfortable and the little touches, coffee on tap and cold water, along with good air conditioning made our stay memorable. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Charming and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The reception staff were lovely. The room was very comfortable (with effective aircon) and the overall ambience was stylish and interesting. The book of recommendations was thoughtful and spot on.

Cons:

The walk from the station was a bit grimy but that is not the fault of the hotel.
