Pros:

Gute Lage in Kuta, alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

The only good thing about my stay this time was the staff.

Cons:

We had a “free upgrade” however it didn’t feel like an upgrade. We’ve stayed here 3 times before and got the cheapest room and the upgrade felt worse.

Good location, great staff
Pros:

Location was good. The pool area was nice, and lovely sunset views from the pool and restaurant. The restaurant is very good - I tried a seafood dish and it was outstanding.

Cons:

It’s a bit old, but that was already a known thing. The check in took a little bit time, more than expected.

It was in a central location in Kuta

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit weak. And also I am a light sleeper, they have given me the first room on the ground floor and I’ve asked if it would be noisy and they assured me. It turned out the room was next to a generator- non stop noose and also the billard just outside the room was used until midnight. If you decide to go make sure you have a better room.

Top Lage, Zimmer wie beschrieben. Negativ war die Lautstärke in der Lobby.
Pros:

Lage Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – sehr zentral und in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und für den Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung, Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich dieses während meines Aufenthalts nicht in Anspruch genommen habe.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir teilweise die Lautstärke, besonders abends und nachts. Auf dem Flur haben Kinder laut geschrien und sind herumgerannt. Außerdem wurde sich in der Lobby, vor allem abends, teilweise sehr laut unterhalten. Auch die Zimmerreinigung fand häufig sehr früh statt und war dabei recht laut. Dadurch war es zeitweise schwierig, zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der Kleiderschrank war zu klein und die Matratze für mich etwas zu hart.
