Pros:

Desk employee was very friendly. We wanted to be close to the airport so we could also use the available shuttle service. Our room was clean and spacious and breakfast was quite tasty and enough choices for us.

Mad wants some one to pay me bad
Pros:

I got there and paid for my room in cash. They still charge my card that I book on line. For them to hold the room. But funny thing is. They did not charge my card till a day after I checked out. I did get my deposit back that morning. Because they had to go up to check the room

Cons:

Them not over charging me twice. I call can't get No one to answer the phone. To discuss about the problem. So I figured some one pocket the money. Will never still there again.

It was ok for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. We enjoyed the breakfast burritos and waffles. Beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The bathroom was large and had several handrails. The fridge was bigger than other hotels and did not freeze the food. The air conditioning worked and chilled the room. The hallway was nice and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok there was no option for the waffle. Both units had 4 mini waffles. There was only one choice of fruit when we were later for breakfast. On the day we were early there were two choices available. The outlets were loose and did not always charge our phones.
The shuttle did not go to MD Anderson. The bed was too close to the wall for my amputee husband.
Only one elevator so employees and guests use the same ones. The microwave was small and unbalanced. There was a bad spot on the floor that threw us off balance. No light in the fridge. The pool was outside and small, only going to 4ft.

Pros:

Everything was great, hotel facilities were very clean, staff are very friendly, breakfast was great!

Cons:

A very loud family came in, had several rooms on 3rd floor. Had to ask them to be quiet several times Saturday night, even called the front desk when 3 girls were at our door playing music and making up some dance. Told them they needed to go Michael Jackson somewhere else!!! Sunday morning they were very loud again very early before 7:00am. Do people not realize that there are other people in the hotel as well.

Pros:

The Best Hotel in town. The location, atmosphere, rooms, the value, and cleanliness of the hotel is awesome, noise quiet and depends on what events in town bring loved ones and friends together at the hotel, all service of the hotel staff is awesome, and amenities is great as well.

I will not stay there again.
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious. It was clean and the furnishings were good. Shuttle service to the airport was good and the staff was friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The plumbing from the neighboring rooms was very loud ! It sounded like it was in my room.

Also, there was a domestic quarrel from a neighbor about 1am with foul language, screaming and doors slamming.

Between the plumbing noise and the quarrel I had very little sleep.

The pillows were hard and stiff. I find this to be a universal problem with most hotels and it baffles me why they don't put at least one squishy pillow on a king size bed.

The shower did not work properly ( it didn't fully switch to the shower head) and the wand was missing
