Es hat Spaß gemacht
Pros:

Die Lage war super, nicht ganz im Getümmel aber alles sehr gut erreichbar.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück gab es Abwechslung und eine gute Auswahl

Een prima hotel, met zeer aardig personeel, goede hygiene en een heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was keurig verzorgd. Het zwembad met de bedjes en een prima bar is goed bevallen. Ook het eten bij het zwembad was lekker.

Cons:

De badkamer was klein.

Le pongo un 10, porque lo otro no me condiciona la nota.
Pros:

Ubicación, instalaciones, personal ha sido muy atento y tuvimos un problema con el ferry que salía de Mykonos, por mal tiempo, y no nos devolvieron la noche, pero si nos lo cambiaron como crédito para gastos de comida en el hotel y alquiler de coche.

Cons:

Me gustó todo excepto el desayuno, por poner una pega, si que tienen variedad, desayuno vegano, pero el café, no había descafeinado, y leche imagino que es entera, por que no lo pone y la siguiente opción era de almendra o soja,, y en mi caso hubiese preferido semidesnatada y la cama supletoria o sofacama en la habitación de 3, no era muy cómodo, por último, los botes se jabón, muy pequeños. De resto todo genial.

Personale gentilissimo, attento ai dettagli. Tutto curato e pulito. Posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro e dal punto panoramico sulla caldera. Piscina comodissima e bellissima. Assolutamente consigliato!

Pros:

Nice pool area with two pools, great location, friendly staff and our apartment hot tub was great. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

Be aware the Royal Kalisti two bedroom suite is only one bedroom with a second bed in the living room (ie not two separate bedrooms). Drinks are expensive at the pool (18 Euro for an Aperol spritz). Suggest buying food/drinks elsewhere - supermarket/bars/restaurants are only a short walk away.

The swimming pool area, the design of the building, the staff it’s really nice

I think the hotel doesn’t offer good value for money, they are short on decorations, the room it’s big but has not quality, not good taste, noises all the time from the corridors that u can hear from the room, the breakfast it’s good but the breakfast area looks so cheap, not for the money you pay for. The common area at the reception has a lack of good taste, the toilet at the reception looks so cheap like a 2 star hotel. It looks like a 3 star hotel, with sparks of a 4 star hotel. I was going to be happy if the hotel cost 60% of the total price

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé au calme très proche du centre à pied de Fira. Il est propre et fonctionnel avec 2 piscines. Le personnage a été accueillant.

Cons:

C’est dommage mais lorsque nous avons demandé conseil à la réception pour aller au port via le bus public (la gare routière de Fira est juste à côté de l’hôtel), nous avons senti que le personnel a fait en sorte de nous faire douter sur la fiabilité du bus et nous pousser à prendre le taxi. Dommage de finir sur une note comme celle-ci, nous avons écouté et ce fut une erreur car le bus était bien à l’heure pour le ferry et le taxi nous a coûté 40€ pour 10min…
