Cons:

Wir hatten ein basecap an der Garderobe im Zimmer vergessen und eine halbe Stunde nachdem wir abgereist sind, im Hotel angerufen und gebeten, uns die Kappe gegen Kostenerstattung unsererseits zuzuschicken. Aber die Kappe war angeblich nicht auffindbar!! Dabei wurde das Zimmer, wie uns von der Rezeption gesagt wurde, erst am nächsten Tag gereinigt. D.h jemand vom Personal muss die Kappe wohl entwendet haben!?!?

LA LIMPIEZA MUY MALA. EL CUARTO DE BAÑO DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. POR UN LADO ANTIGUO , LA MAMPARA DE LA BAÑERA NO ENCAJA Y SE SALE EL AGUA AL SUELO. NO HAN LIMPIADO NI UN SOLO DÍA LA HABITACIÓN . LO PEOR DE TODO EL HORRIBLE OLOR A ORINES EN EL CUARTO DE BAÑO, COMO SI SE HUBIERAN ORINADO EN EL SUELO UNA PERSONA O UN ANIMAL, PEGANDOSE LAS SUELAS DE LOS ZAPATOS Y ZAPATILLAS AL SUELO DEL CUARTO DE BAÑO. TUVIMOS QUE AGUANTAR EL MAL OLOR LAS CUATRO NOCHES, Y ESO QUE LO COMUNICAMOS A UNA RECEPCIONISTA DEL HOTEL EN ALEMAN Y EN INGLES, ELLA DIJO QUE AVISARIA A UNA LIMPIADORA, PERO JAMAS VINO NADIE A LIMPIAR Y DESINFECTAR ESE DESAGRADABLE OLOR A ORINES.

Sher gute Lage, sehr guter Service, auf NH Hotels kann man sich verlassen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist - für diesen preis - genial. Ca 20 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, in Rheinnähe (einmal über die Tsrasse), nahe der Altstadt, einfach super.

Cons:

Ansichtssache: Das Frühstück fand ich etwas teuer, aber es gibt genügend ALternativen in der Nähe.
