Gutes Hotel für ein Wochenende
Pros:

Die Lage. Zimmergröße. Bequemes Bett.
Große Dusche.

Cons:

Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen-Risse im WC. Es fehlt mir ein Haltegriff in der Dusche - fehlt in vielen Hotels.
Frühstück war so semi. Niemand fragt nach der Zimmernummer.

Low comfort
Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful.

Cons:

Because of a last-minute change of plans, I booked the room very late at night. Unfortunately, we had to wait about an hour for the booking to appear in the hotel system. Even though I showed my confirmation email and reservation code, we were kept waiting. Later, the receptionist helped us by checking us in manually.

We only took a shower, slept, and checked out early in the morning. However, compared to other NH hotels I have stayed at before, the room quality was low. Also, the location was far from the Cathedral. If I come back again, I will try the other hotel, NH Collection Mediapark. NH Köln Altstadt received a low score from me.

Wunderbare Multi-Kulti Stadt,
Pros:

Frühstück alles da was man sich wünscht, Personal sehr freundlich, Getränke im Automaten etwas überteuert.

Cons:

Überteuerte Getränke im Automaten, Parkgarage auch überteuert, da sie sich direkt im Hotel befindet.

Das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel
Pros:

Standort nah an der Altstadt

Cons:

Trennwandhalter der Dusche war defekt
Gratiswasser im Kühlschrank war angebrochen
Tiefgarage nur mit Adresse im Navi zu finden (bei dem Versuch mit 3x rechts lt. Hinweisschild am Hotel, standen wir vor einer privaten Tiefgarageneinfahrt)

Das einchecken von 14.45 uhr wurden wir im 1/4Stunden Takt bis 15.40 Uhr vertröstet.zimmer war anschließend nur oberflächlich ok.abgerissene Gardinen..
