Top Adresse für Business-Aufenthalte
Pros:

Ein hervorragendes Hotel für Geschäftsreisen. Die Zimmer waren in einem top gepflegten Zustand und sehr sauber. Besonders überzeugt hat mich das Frühstücksangebot mit einer tollen Auswahl sowie das durchgehend schnelle und stabile WLAN – ideal für die Arbeit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Check-In und Check-Out hat etwas lange gedauert.

Gute Lage des Hotels, Hotelbar ansprechend - Zimmerausstattung und Bad/Sauberkeit optimierbar
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Vor der Tür gibt es mehrere Buslinien, die direkt zum Hauptbahnhof führen, aber auch fußläufig ist man schnell in der Altstadt und an netten Lokalitäten (Bars, Café, Restaurant). Der Rhein ist auch fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Hotel-Bar war gut (schön modern ausgestattet, gute Auswahl an Getränken) und der Service war freundlich, schnell, zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem großzügigen 3-Bett-Zimmer untergebracht. Leider war das Zimmer sehr karg eingerichtet. Es gab einen Couchtisch und nur einen Sessel dazu - für 3 Personen ungünstig.
Das Zimmer hätte durchaus mehr Deko, mehr Sitzfläche, mehr Bilder an den Wänden und Ablagemöglichkeiten
verdient, um es einigermaßen gemütlich zu gestalten.
Der Schrank im Eingangsbereich/Flur war zu klein für 3 Personen.
Thema Sauberkeit: Auf den Betten waren leider lange Haare auffindbar. Das Bad wurde nicht sauber komplett sauber hinterlassen, zumindest der Boden nicht.
Allgemein war das Bad nicht ansprechend. Fliesen aus den 70er/80er Jahren, die Duschzelle war gut - wurde offensichtlich in der Vergangenheit erneuert. Könnte insgesamt einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen - hatte ein wenig Krankenhaus-Feeling.

Gute Lage, aber lauter Verkehrslärm

Die fußläufige Lage zur inneren Stadt, gute Busverbindungen zum Bahnhof, nicht weit weg von der Rheinpromenade, das üppige und reich assortierte Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Nun, so sehr die Lage, nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, gut ist, so schlecht ist sie auf die konkrete Situation des Hotels im Zwickel von drei sehr stark frequentierten und lauten Straßen bezogen. Unser Zimmer an der Südseite zur hoch gelegten Bundesstraße und darunterführender Holzmarkt-Straße war, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster, sehr laut. So ist es nun mal; wie kommt man auf die Idee, gerade an diesem neuralgischen Verkehrspunkt ein Hotel zu bauen ...

Good rooms, centrally located, no real airco
Pros:

Renovated rooms with comfortable beds (but tiny double beds - only 160cm) + good shower.
Breakfast buffet was large & looked good!

Cons:

We were in Cologne during the 40degrees weekend… but there was no individual airco per room. Just a general one, which was not able to cool down the room (hardly Felt Some air movement). The hotel shows airco (which i double checked for that reason). But when you pay €170 per night for room only, you expect a good functioning airco… that was a major disappointment!
