Die Lage war hervorragend. Nah zum Rhein, Altstadt und Schokoladen Museum
Nettes Personal
Es wurde kostenlos Eis und Wasser bei der Wärme verteilt
Frühstück war auch gut. Große Auswahl

Ein anständiges Hotel mit Klasse
Pros:

Recht günstig an der Rheinuferstrasse gelegen. Zudem ist in fussläufiger Entfernung eine Bushaltestelle sowie eine Stadtbahn Haltestelle vorhanden.
Das modern eingerichtete Haus strahlt eine elegante Atmosphäre aus.
Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffett, das unter anderem laktosefreie und vegane Speisen anbietet, sollte kaum Wünsche offen lassen.
Das gemütliche Bett ließ mich gut schlafen.

Cons:

Stellenweise liess die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Mir fiel noch auf dass eine Steckdose sich beim herausziehen eines Steckers aus der Wand löste.
Das Meldeportal, was ich nutzte, um das anzuzeigen wurde umgehend beantwortet. Den angebotenen Tausch des Zimmers lehnte ich jedoch ab, da mir das übertrieben vorkam.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer. Sehr freundlicher Herr an der Rezeption beim Einchecken abends und Auschecken am nächsten Nachmittag. Er ermöglichte uns zudem ein kostenfreies late-checkout.

Cons:

Matratze war für meinen Rücken etwas zu hart. Das mögen andere Gäste anders bewerten.

Sehr gut gelegenes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich gutem zuvorkommenden Service!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich freundlichen Empfang der Mitarbeiterin mit dem Namen "Venus", wo sich der hervorragende Service wie ein roter Faden durch den ganzen Aufenthalt durchzog. Sie hat ein hervorragendes Namensgedächtnis und war extrem um das Wohlbefinden von uns und anderen Gästen bemüht. Solch engagierte MitarbeiterInnen sind heutzutage eine Seltenheit!
Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Köln kommen, werden wir sicher wieder in das NH Hotel gehen.
Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wirklich alles bestens!
