Did not have the opportunity to even stay due to them over booking and not accommodating my confirmed reservations.
The staff was not helpful in their mistake and told me there was nothing they could do. I would have to locate another hotel. With such short noticed and the event going on all hotels were sold out or triple the price of what I was supposed to pay with Spring Hill. I book my hotel October of 2025, 7 months in advance and not one time was I told they overbooked and could not accommodate my reservations that I have a confirmation number for and made payment.
Very clean spacious room, not far from U of F campus for graduation ceremonies. Staff was super, especially Ms Red, she was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Gainesville.

Near UF campus, the rooms are spacious and clean. I was surprised how quiet our room was during graduation weekend. It was such a smooth process to check in, clean, quiet and overall a good stay.

We were in town for one night for my son’s AAU basketball tournament. The staff was extremely accommodating as we needed 2 rooms on the same floor. At breakfast in the morning, I met the breakfast hostess Shirley. Shirley was amazing!! She welcomed us, shared that she had been with company for 14 years and to please let her know if we needed anything. I watched her engage and welcome several customers as she managed breakfast. I watched as people instantly connected with her and would bring their kids over to meet her. I’ll be back to see Shirley!! We usually stay at Indigo but next time we will come here for sure!! This is the absolute best hotel in town! I would give 10+ stars if I could. The customer service, kindness and caring of all the employees is just wonderful. I especially got the chance to interact with Millie, Laura, Audrea and Duma and they all went above and beyond to help me to feel at home. The breakfast is one of the best ones I’ve seen served at any hotel in Gainesville. The selections are perfect for any taste and there’s truly something for everyone. Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay. I will definitely be coming back to book only to here when I travel to Gainesville in the future.
Good location, restaurants and shopping near by. It was clean.
Stayed 3 nights at the property for the surgery of a family at UF Health Cardiac and Vascular Hospital. The property was well located near plenty of restaurants and retail. It was very easy to get to the hospital. Comfortable and quiet rooms. The electric outlets near the bed need to replaced so you can charge your electronic devices.

Oprah at the front desk was awesome. She was cheerful and greeted us with a smile. She had read the special requests we entered when checking in online and had selected a room that met our needs.
The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great!
Breakfast had a nice assortment of options. The only thing that could have been better were the eggs.
Check out the next morning was smooth and Oprah still had a smile!
Nicely remodeled hotel. Great breakfast choices. Bag of frozen ice for your coolers offered at checkout. Easy access to any restaurant of your choosing nearby. Only concern did see two tents in the woods behind the hotel. Look liked homeless? But felt safe in the hotel.
