Great stay at the Hilton Stockholm
Pros:

The Hilton Stockholm did not disappoint - the location is amazing, rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff is kind and helpful too. Rooms and bath are a bit dated but the views from the windows make up for it.

God morgenmad, god beliggenhed og venligt personale.
Pros:

Beliggenheden og personalet. Morgenmaden var også god.

Cons:

Wifi koster ekstra. Værelserne er ikke så moderne, og sengene små.

Personal nicht hilfsbereit, Zimmer auch nach Anfrage nicht behindertengerecht

Cons:

Ich habe eine Gehbehinderung, auf die ich vor meiner Anreise verwiesen hatte. Diese war deutlich sichtbar (Krücken) und ich habe zusätzlich beim Einchecken bei Angelina darauf hingewiesen. Unser zugewiesenes Zimmer war das letzte auf einem langen Gang, mit Badewanne statt Dusche.
Nach viel Hin und Her bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer, für das wir erst ins Untergeschoss fahren mussten, um dort nach einem ähnlich langen Fußweg in einen anderen Fahrstuhl zu wechseln, der uns dann zu dem neuen Zimmer brachte. Das neue Zimmer hatte immerhin eine Dusche.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht, die Aussicht war jedoch teilweise durch Mauern direkt vor dem Fenster verstellt.
Das Frühstück zum Mitnehmen, das wir geordert hatten, war sehr simpel: Mineralwasser, Apfel, Banane, ein Sandwich und ein Müslijoghurt, aber kein Löffel! Auch hier war der Service unaufmerksam und ungenügend.

Excellent stay, but no charm. Great location.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent. So many choices, and such nice staff.

Cons:

Lacked charm, but not unexpected. It's a hotel for conferences and groups, so big and impersonal. But we had a great stay in the main building as we paid for a more premium room with a view.
