Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location, minor comfort issues.
Pros:

Overall a wonderful, comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and super friendly helpful kind staff. The bathroom was beautiful, and we had a nice view of the street. We booked another room for my mother-in-law who stayed in the room next door to us. She was very happy too.
The location was perfect for walking 10 minutes into Gamla Stan (the beautiful old streets of Stockholm), and catching other public transport (boat, bus, or metro) to other sites.
We arrived early for check-in which was €37.75 and well worth it, and we were able to use the luggage room after check-out.

Cons:

We stayed in a Queen room (2019) - the size was just comfortable for us as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 9 month old baby). We were cold in the bedroom, despite turning the heating up to 22 degrees, but the front desk were able to get a portable heater for us which sorted the problem.
As a front/side sleeper, I also found the pillows to be a bit too firm/large. I'm sure reception would have sorted this for me if I had let them know!
I would consider staying again, but only if we got a good price, and needed such a central location again.

Very comfortable, friendly staff and excellent location would highly recommend.
Pros:

The Location was perfect, staff was really friendly and made our group very comfortable. The sauna was great and the Gym facilities was excellent.

Cons:

Could have added a pool and Jacuzzi would improve things.
