Definitely will not stay again.
Pros:

Location was close to the beach and Big Kahuanas

Cons:

The room had a stale smell to it. Not only that. There was hair on the shower walls. And on the folded “clean” towels.

Overall good and would stay again, but request ground level.

Cons:

Missing hands towels and wash rags. Carrying our suitcases up the stairs was brutal and I am still hurting from it.

Does not serve breakfast unfortunately, and doesn’t clean the rooms while you stay for 5 days at a time. Could atleast clean the floors while you stay.

I had issues with my keys and they resolved the isslsues immedieately. I appreciated it could check in early. There was a fee.
