Pool was shut down. The couch in the room was sunk in and I couldn't sit on it. The jets in the tub didn't work. The walk from elevator to our room was a longer walk.

The room was very stuffy and the bathroom was not that clean

The Rooms were not that clean. They also had a smell lingering. The floor was wet from the Ac. That was laking water I. Asked them to transfer us, so they transfer us to 2nd floor unfortunately the roof was leaking from the above floor so I end up leaving , but they were kind enough to refund my money.

The air conditioning unit in the room didn’t work. The room was damp. I would not stay there again.

The room was dirty. The tub was broken. Room smelled like cigarettes but was a none smoking room. Smoke alarm kept beeping. There was hair in the bath tub and the bed was a dirty box spring. No air in the hall ways and the girl at the front was rude. No towels in the pool area. No one changed towels in my room and I was there for 3 days. Had to go ask for more towels and toilet paper. Homeless people all over. Breakfast was not good at all.

Drug neighborhood

No hot water, my room smelled musky, TV was old and chairs had peeling spots. Not a safe neighborhood, homeless camp across the street.

I needed that Range Rover near that Dodge

Very bad customer service

1. Trash all over the parking lot in front of the hotel
2.Hot water was lukewarm warm, I did ask they said to run it for 5 minutes and it would get hot… it ran for three showers and never was hot.
3. Ice machine broke on 1st floor and had to go to 3rd floor for ice.. no note on machine had to ask where other machine is located.
4. Elevator broke on day three sign was eventually put up that it was out of work working order.
5. Breakfast was served on the third floor no air-conditioning in the breakfast room or the hallway very miserable and hot.
6. Room felt very damp and wet at all times tried to dry my daughter‘s uniform within the room and it would never dry. Had to sit it outside.
7. Stayed Thursday through Sunday night and was never offered a cleaning or fresh towels. Had to go to the desk to get them myself.

Fridge smelled like raw chicken, the toilet barely flushed, the tubs were rusted and dirty. I saw a mice running by the outside door.

My whirlpool water didn't work on the side. No phone in the room had to keep going downstairs asking for clean towels and wash cloths. When I got to the room no towels in it at all

It could’ve been a little cleaner, there was cigarette ashes in the bathroom.

The jacuzzi bathtub was not working, The smoke detector was gone (unplugged). Cupboards were falling off. The light next to the bed was taped together and the power at the base was not working. The extra latch on the door was gone.
