Beds were comfortable and room was quiet and very clean
Pros:

Having an airport shuttle made travelling so much easier. Room was quite large with a big bathroom

Cons:

Really nothing I can think of. It was a quick stay before our flight home. The location was perfect for that

Was ok for a short while, to be fair couldn't wait to get home.
Pros:

Room ok, shower disappointing, like back in the 80s very poor no pressure bath creaked didn't sound good. OK for business i would say not for sightseeing.

Cons:

Everything overpriced, as said before on the company card fair enough, but for us it wont be our designation again.

Nähe zum Flughafen, Fitnessbereich

Cons:

Die Bookingbeschreibung lockt mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen, tatsächlich kostet dieser jedoch 5,50€ pro Person. Diese Unstimmigkeit sollte dringen behoben werden und hat zu einem schlechten Gefühl in Bezug auf das Hotel geführt. Grundsätzlich hätte sich dieser Punkt aber in einem zugewandten Gespräch erklären lassen.
Die Dame am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und wir haben uns von ihr außerordentlich schlecht betreut gefühlt. Unsere Nachfragen wurden nicht beantwortet bzw. die Reaktion darauf haben wir als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Wir wurden aufgefordert einen Zettel zu unterschreiben, der uns auf Nachfrage wieder weggenommen wurde. Eine Person mit einer solch schlechten Laune sollte nicht am Empfang mit Kundenkontakt arbeiten und ist ein sehr schlechtes Aushängeschild für ein Hotel.
Sollte ich noch einmal nach Amsterdam fahren und ein Hotel am Flughafen buchen, wird es definitiv ein anderes sein und das liegt fast ausschließlich an dem unfreundlichen Empfang. Schade eigentlich, denn der Fitnessbereich war toll.
