Modernit huoneet, mutta palveluasenteessa parannettavaa.

Tilava ja modernit huoneet. Hyvä aamupala.

Cons:

Pyysimme hyvissä ajoin kahta rinnakkaista ja kytkettyä huonetta, erillisillä vuoteilla. Toivetta ei voitu toteuttaa, vaan seurueemme oli kahdessa erillisessä huoneessa täysin eripuolella rakennusta ja lisäksi saimme pari vuotteet. Huoneet eivät olleet myöskään valmiina sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä, vaan jouduimme odottamaan pidempään. Bussikuljetus hotellilta lentokentälle oli maksullinen, vaikka toiseen suuntaan ilmainen.

A good hotel close to AMS, but shuttle is not free for the return
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and close to the airport. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The hotel has a free airport shuttle from the airport, which they post under facilities, but you must pay 6.50 euros to get from the hotel to the airport. After complaining to the manager, they provided a pass. There's not much in the way of food nearby.

Cons:

El Recepcionista creo era asiático no fue nada amable, no saludo no sonrío al hacer el check in ,y por error bajamos al buffet y el chico de la entrada si fue muy amable y no explicaba sobre el buffet pero bajo el recepcionista y de mala manera nos dijo q eso no nos incluía , podría haberlo dicho de otra manera más amable , fue decepcionante su atención .
