Parking a little difficult on the weekend .
The decor and condition of the hotel and its location to surrounding shopping, dining etc
I told them when we left that many of the outlets in the room did not work or were very loose .
In addition there is a door stop on the bathroom floor by the shower door that could very easily be stepped on & is an accident waiting to happen. The door stop could be replaced with a hinged one on the door to avoid that.
This certainly an upscale facility. Not the Four Season but better than most places you would stay. It is all inclusive so Dinner and Breakfast are both included. The Breakfast was way above in quality in what you get at most included breakfasts. They had omelets, bacon/sausage, pastries, pancakes, etc. It was definitely a high end breakfast buffet. Same for Dinner, they had sirloin steak potatoes and a variety of other choices - I focused on the steak.
Our room was very large and comfortable. It had a walk in shower which I liked very much. The staff was friendly and responsive to our request. We had a very pleasant stay.

Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Als er iets was, dan stonden ze direct klaar. Fijne buitenruimtes met verschillende zitjes en een zwembad. Mooi dat ontbijt en ook een avondbuffet bij de prijs in zat. Dat maakt het een voordelige optie voor Long Island. Prima en voldoende parkeergelegenheid rondom het hotel.
Voor twee personen zijn de bedden wel aan de kleine kant. Wellicht hadden we daar beter op moeten letten bij het boeken en waren er andere opties? De airco had het de laatste dag nogal moeilijk en kreeg het niet meer echt koel in de kamer. De eerste dagen ging het wel prima.
From the moment we drove into the hotel lot, we saw a beautiful building. Checking in was very easy and our room was large enough for a sitting area, kitchenette area with microwave and coffee maker which we did not need nor did we use, but was a nice amenity. It was very clean and housekeeping kept it that way. We had lunch outside on the first day on the patio by the pool. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the staff cleaned the tables when guests left. There are complimentary dinners Monday through Thursday, but we had plans outside of the hotel. There is plenty of parking, and it is free. We're looking forward to returning there next year.
we would have liked a room closer to the elevator as my husband has difficulty walking.
The breakfast was good and the restaurant was also good. However the staff was not bad, it was OK.
The staff was not friendly, that was less than my expectations.
Location - central and easy to find.
Beds comfortable. Our room was large, cool and clean.
Catering was a bit disorganised- only three croissants at a time seemed to appear at breakfast - if you weren’t there when they came out you had to wait until the next few were cooked. Cutlery ran out quickly. Dessert in the evening was fruit or cookies - same fruit as at breakfast - nice, but a variety would have been good.

I booked 2 rooms because we were coming from out of state for a nearby wedding. First off, thanks to the reservation staff who honored my request that our rooms be close ( right next door!). The rooms are very large, well appointed and clean. We were near the pool and we barely heard any outside noise. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would recommend if you are in the area .
Coffee machine and cookies in lounge. Attended a wedding on site so perfect! Heated pool! Reception service was amazing!
Bartender and waitstaff in the afternoon. Checked in at 3ish went to lounge area, ask bartender how she was doing and very flatley said "living the dream" started we wanted to get something to eat but wanted to eat outside. She said she would send someone over, waited 10 min went back inside found waitstaff who said he would be out with menus, waiting another 15 min said person never came. Ended up just going out to get something.
