Pros:

L accueil par Inès parlant français magnifique.
L hôtel a une vraie personnalité historique que j adore., des beaux décors donnent une ambiance très chaleureuse.

Cons:

Il y a un manque , il serait souhaitable de pouvoir accéder à un endroit pour avoir de l eau chaude, avec sachets de thé, tisanes ou autre..
Quand il n y a pas cela en chambre, ce serait agréable d avoir un autre moyen accessible.

En restant 1 semaine à l hôtel, c'est utile et ce serait un plus très appréciable.
Étonnée également de ne pas avoir de coffre fort en chambre.
Il n'y a pas d'espace salon disponible en soirée si besoin.
Mais c est remplacé je pense par un bon et beau restaurant.

Pros:

Simplement tout le personnel l emplacement la grande chambre spacieuse 🙌👏🏻🤩 et le super grand buffet su petit déjeuner .

Cons:

On aurait aimé juste du Thé du café même en sachet et 2 bouteilles d eau dans la chambre mais rien de plus tout était très bien 🤩

Pleasant but could be better
Pros:

Lovely hotel that was very comfortable and clean. Central location in Zermatt that was easy to get to train station and all other attractions.

Cons:

Check in was slow and no give on 3pm check in even by 5 minutes. When you’ve been travelling for hours it’s not a welcome that was pleasant. The smell of cheese from the resteraunt was like old feet when you walked in and the breakfast in the morning certainly wasn’t suited to a British pallet. Don’t think we ate anything for breakfast for 3 mornings, very disappointing

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Team, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr sauber

Cons:

Zimmer zum Hof, also unschöne Sicht und laut wegen Mülltonnen und damit verbundener Lautstärke abends, Dusche wegen niedriger Decke nur für durchschnittlich große Menschen geeignet, Essensgeruch

A pleasant stay in Zermatt
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location and near to train station.

Excelente localização
Pros:

Localização extraordinária, quartos amplos e confortáveis, excelente qualidade da roupa de cama e banho, frigobar no quarto, depósito para bagagens.

Cons:

O hotel tem elevador, o que é ótimo. Mas o acesso na entrada e em vários pontos internos só tem degraus. Isso dificulta um pouco se você estiver com mala grande e/ou pesada.

Very luxurious, beautiful, and a fantastic time.
Pros:

It’s close to the rail to Gornergrat which had amazing views. And they even have an access to a gym nearby since there isn’t one in the building.

Pros:

Hotel was great and very comfortable with an old swiss chalet feel, great location just a short walk to the train station and views of the mountains, staff were very friendly and helped however they could. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious and best of all had a view of the Matterhorn! Bathroom was huge with a bath tub and shower, plenty of room.

Cons:

The price for the room if high but that is Switzerland I guess. Other than that nothing!

Unacceptable and biased service. We simply asked for hot water to make tea, but the staff mistakenly assumed we were planning to cook food in our room. Their attitude was highly inappropriate and unwelcoming.
