Amazing hotel, great location - nothing to fault, would highly recommend!
Pros:

Hotel Walliserhof is excellent! The hotel is clean, rooms are a great size and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety and the mini-spa is a lovely addition. All of the staff were very friendly. There is nothing not to like - our stay was faultless.

Charming hotel in the center of Zermatt
Pros:

Proximity to main shops and trailhead to Matterhorn. Clean and charming. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

As an American, I would have loved air conditioning, but open windows worked well in the mornings.
