Highly recommend staying this hotel.
Pros:

Perfect location. Best quality hospitality. Very impressed staffs. The woman at front desk gave so great help.

Great location and sheets
Pros:

Great bed sheets, good pillows, nice bathroom, great location, good minispa, good breakfast.

Cons:

No kettler in the room.
Bad room view (room 24)
In the steam sauna the smell was horible.
In the minispa, both of the jacuzzi (each for 1 pax) were hard to fill up with water.
The smell on every level of the hotel was of fondue.

Very nice hotel, pleasant staff, worth the stay
Pros:

Excellent location, 5-10 minutes from the train station, in the main street of Zermatt. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is central.

Cons:

There is no air conditioner in the rooms, it is not possible to open the windows for fresh air as it is very noisy even at late night. We requested fans and they were provided.

快適な部屋。
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェが美味しかったです。 ゆで卵が自分で硬さを選べるのが良かったです。 また アルペン ミューズリー も美味しかったです。部屋は広く バルコニーからマッターホルンが望めました。朝焼けで赤く染まった 頂上 部分が綺麗でした。

大満足の宿でした。またスイスに泊まる際は利用したいと思いました。

コスパ最高！
Pros:

メイン通りに面している歴史あるホテルで、部屋が美しくて広くて、スーツケースなど荷物を広げても十分にスペースがあり、快適に過ごせた。朝食も美味しく静かな雰囲気の中、食べることができた。部屋からはマッターホルンは眺められなかったが、駅近のホテルなのにほかのホテルより宿泊費が高くなかったのも高評価のポイントだ。

Innenhof und Blick aus dem Zimmer. Frühstück war auch sehr spartanisch.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, sogar ein up grade! Herzlichen Dank und das für nur 1 Nacht.
Wir reisten mit Hund und alles wurde vorbereitet mit Decken und Napf. Danke
Der Preis für diese Nacht war ein Schnäppchen ansonsten ist es teurer.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Inmitten vob Zermatt. Herzlichen Dank für dieses Angebot. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

PRIMA ALEGERE PENTRU ZERMATT, ORICAND !!!
Pros:

Ca sa fiu scurt : CAM TOTUL !! Este pur si simplu chiar un hotel FOARTE BUN PENTRU ZERMATT !! Camera este extrem de mare, baia la fel si cu dus si cu cada. Are si un balcon de unde poti admira view-ul. Micul dejun foarte diversificat, oricat ai fi de pretentios, nu exista sa nu gasesti ceva care sa nu-ti placa. Si a fost inclus in pretul camerei , iar la ce costuri sunt in Zermatt, chiar este un bonus. Am folosit si mini spa-ul din cadrul hotelului care este dotat cu doua cazi cu hidromasaj , cu sauna umeda si sauna uscata. Si aceasta inclusa in pretul camerei. Hotelul este amplasat pe main street cam la 10-12 min de mers pe jos de la gara.

Cons:

Nu cred ca este cazul.

조식이 맛있고, 직원도 엄청 친절합니다.
위치도 역에서 가까워서 내려서 조금만 걸어가니까 바로 있었습니다.
마트도 근처에 많아서 좋았습니다.
방이 아주 깨끗했습니다.
가성비가 아주 좋습니다.

천장이 조금 낮았습니다.
방에 뷰는 거의 없다고 생각하시는게 좋습니다.
