Pros:

Alles und vieles die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals,
das entgegen gebrachte Geduld gegenüber den Gästen.
Ich würde sofern entscheiden muss wieder ein Hotel zu nehmen diesen auswählen die Nr. ist aufjedenfall gespeichert.

Cons:

Nur ein Mitarbeiterin war so verpeilt das sie mich beim Frühstück mehrmals gefragt hat welche Zimmer nr. ich habe, obwohl diese schon mehrmals gemacht wurde, alles andere war sehr gut Traum Personal insgesamt👏🏻 (die Dame auch)

Nice place with nice staff for a nice stay.
Pros:

The room was perfect, meeting our expectations.
The staff at the reception was nice and very polite.
We had in addition a coffee machine and two bottles of water.
We could store our bikes in a safe room.

Cons:

The breakfast's scramble eggs were not fantastic. This coule easily be improved.

Der Check-in war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind spät in der Nacht mit zwei Kindern angereist, obwohl wir im Voraus bereits mitgeteilt hatten, dass wir erst sehr spät ankommen werden.
Trotzdem wurde auf eine sofortige Zahlung bei Ankunft um 00:00 Uhr bestanden, inklusive Ausfüllen von Formularen und Rechnungsabwicklung mitten in der Nacht. In dieser Situation war das für uns als Familie nach einer langen Reise und einem Schwimmbadbesuch sehr unpraktisch und absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. Eine Zahlung beim Check-out wäre hier deutlich angemessener gewesen, wie es in vielen Hotels üblich ist.
Bei der Buchung war ein Zimmer für einen Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder angegeben. Bei der Ankunft war das zusätzliche Bett jedoch nicht vorbereitet: Es fehlten Bettwäsche, Kissen und Decke. Wir mussten erneut zur Rezeption gehen und nachts warten, bis die fehlenden Sachen gebracht wurden.
Das zusätzliche Schlafbett war zudem sehr unbequem und nicht wirklich für einen erholsamen Schlaf geeignet (ausklappbares Sofa mit harten Metallteilen), was nicht den Erwartungen an die gebuchte Unterkunft entsprach.
Insgesamt war unser Eindruck vom Hotel deutlich negativ aufgrund der schlechten Vorbereitung trotz klarer Buchung, der fehlenden Flexibilität bei der späten Anreise und des insgesamt wenig kundenorientierten Services.
