היה נוח , מקום נחמד, צוות עדיב. באתי בעכבות כנס של יומיים + יום סידורים בעבודה במרכז כדי לא לנסוע כל יום לצפון . הגעתי כל יום בערב, ישנתי לילה , אכלתי ארוכת בוקר וחזרתי לכנס. אז אין לי יותר מדי פידבק על מתקנים , מלון ומסביב , אבל משרותים שהשתמשתי בהכלט מרוצה מאד

מחלון החדר היה נוף על גג של איזה בניין ישן נמוך , שהיה קצת סרוף , לא יודע מה הסיבה, יכול להיות שהייתה שם נפילה או משהו בזמן מלחמה. לא באמת הפריע לשהייה, אבל קצת צרם לעין

Very good location, good and attentive staff, very clean, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast and location very good. Efficiently run hotel. Staff friendly and helped wherever possible. Very clean. Maid service very good. Made up room everyday without prompting. Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits available in lobby.

Cons:

Bed was too short and we are not tall people. Shower badly designed such that water ran on to the floor even when you did your upmost to keep the water close to the water drain area.

Welcoming and peaceful place
Pros:

Considering the overall standard of hotels in Israel, this hotel is definitely one of the best and it exceeded my expectations.
I especially liked the rooftop pool!
The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

There are also a few disadvantages, which are quite common for many hotels in Israel.
For example, the overall cleanliness could be improved, and some facilities and furniture feel a bit outdated.
In addition, the air conditioner in the room was quite noisy.
One unusual issue was the shower drain channel near the wall - instead of keeping the water inside the shower area, it caused water to flow outside onto the bathroom floor. I was quite surprised by this decision, purely unprofessionally made.
