Hotel mit Hindernissen
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels, auch das Angebot mit dem Parkaus nebenan haben wir gerne angenommen und war völlig unkompliziert!

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer bei über 40 Grad Aussentemperatur, das geht gar nicht, an schlaf war nicht zu denken, da man die Luft im Zimmer schneiden konnte, auch hat ein Lüfter hatte keine Besserung gebracht!

Cons:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations.

The only small issue was that the shower screen leaked a little, so some water ended up on the bathroom floor after showering. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but I hope the hotel can fix it for future guests.

Schönes Hotel mit top Lage für Unternehmungen
Pros:

Tolle Lage!

Cons:

Es wird eine neue Klimaanlage im Hotel eingebaut. Daher funktionierte diese in den Zimmern nicht.
Es wurde aber seitens des Hotels ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

שביקשתי החזר כספי נתנו לי רק 20%
היחס של הקבלה היה מגעיל
שביקשתי להתקשר מהם לבוקינג אמרו לי שהם לא יכולים ולי לא היה שיחות בינלאומיים
יחס פשוט מגעיל
מעדיף לא לקבל את הכסף בחזרה ושאתם תיזהרו
מה שכן יש לו מיקום טוב זה אני לא יקח מהם.

Preis-Leistung völlig ok. Sehr gut gelegen zum Rhein u zur Altstadt.
Pros:
