Dimond Center Hotel

Room was great.Nice bath tub. Breakfast was great.

Clean, well-managed, pleasant lobby, location very close to multiple restaurants, safe, nice staff. The two men behind the registration counter were real people with senses of humor.

First time I’ve ever used a shuttle ride, but had a splendid time. Got there fairly fast and easy. Very comfortable seats and I love the AC. It’s so convenient to park your car. Randi was very kind and Rayne was hilarious. The hotel looks like a museum, beautiful table.

Prior to the start of our Alaska tour, and for the first night of the tour, we stayed at the Dimond Center Hotel in Anchorage for a total of three nights.

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and downtown Anchorage. The property is very nice and well maintained, and our room was large, comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. There is also a very nice courtyard behind the hotel that provides a great place to spend some time outside and relax.

We took advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service every day to get downtown and back, which made exploring Anchorage very convenient. I cannot say enough good things about Rayne at the front desk. He coordinated our shuttle trips, answered all of my questions, and was always friendly and helpful. He was a great example of excellent customer service.

Another advantage of this property is its proximity to a large shopping mall and Walmart. We were especially happy to have Walmart within about a one-minute walk—it made it very easy to pick up a few things we had forgotten to pack, along with a few things we discovered we should have packed once we arrived in Alaska!

The complimentary breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety of options. The staff throughout the hotel was excellent as well.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Dimond Center Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay while visiting Anchorage.

First time at this hotel, but I can’t wait to come back such a welcoming atmosphere rooms are spacious and the shuttle driver is so nice thank you Randy and Rayne what’s the jokes. The nice cool weather is a nice change from triple digits but love the Dimond hotel.

Definitely enjoyed my visit. The whole experience was very warm feeling Rain a bit but cleared it up. Nice hot days. Shuttle driver Randy was probably the best part and Rayne at the front desk. The room was big and the tube was enormous. After fishing is what I needed, thank you .

How do you recommend the parking and fly on Thursday the driver will get there on time. Randy is funny and full of info. Can’t wait for the return flight

Rayne at the front desk was great. He really helped us out when we got stuck after a flight was canceled.

One of the friendliest staffs I have ever met. Very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself has a lot to offer. Ex. Free shuttle within 1 mile radius.

Started and ended our Alaskan tour at the Dimond Center Hotel and it was a positive experience each time. Staff were especially responsive to requests and Rayne was the best! The hotel was exceptionally clean which we greatly appreciate.

After a long day, all I want it was a beer and something good to eat. The recommendation is the front desk staff gave were impeccable. I recommend Suite 100 and King Street, thank you Randy and rayne, I like that the shuttle driver can pick you up and drop you off without needing a cab.

Cordero was amazing very polite and professional. He remembered me from last time which Is amazing because I suck at remembering people and he made me feel at home. The waffles were great too.

I find this place to be very warm and home like, beautiful location, and really convenient to have Walmart and the mall next to each other, but also the atmosphere the staff are so welcoming and funny rayne and Randall are hilarious. Thank you for letting me taste a piece native history. Less salt next time. The fire pit was a nice touch in the courtyard is a head treasure.

Shut all service 10 out of 10, I really enjoyed all the information that Randy gave me, especially the spelling about Dimond. Sorry I wasn’t able to tip him. I look forward to seeing him when I return.

Starting off my vacation pretty well. Absolutely love the shuttle driver. He was so sweet and so kind. Once at the hotel, I would say the breakfast is nothing to be happy about definitely need improvements the front desk staff Rain and Randall hilarious. R&R. Lol. Hopefully the trip continues to be good

Our vacation so far is going really well. The flight here is probably the worst part but being here finally in this beautiful hotel is relaxing. Thank you for bringing my getaway from 110° weather. Very helpful front desk staff with very funny jokes thank you Randy Johnson if that’s your real name..
