The location was perfect, it was close to venues I went to and close to the tram. Breakfast was good, I like that some of the items were switched up daily. It was convenient but the area was a little tight but there was some construction going on at the time.

Breakfast was lacking. I understand that there are renovations going on. In fact this is the second year in a row that has been there and their renovations been going on And I certainly did not get a discount for having less of a facility to use.
I ordered a specific room and then was told that room type didn't exist anymore as in you had taken them out. This is a queen suite. I didn't make a fuss about it because it obviously is not the desk staffs 's fault that. You were still advertising rooms that you don't have anymore but that was less than par, we may do but that was not great.
Giovanni was especially friendly and professional. He is an excellent ambassador to greet people and check them in as they enter the hotel.
My room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I was also quite pleased at how quiet it was at bedtime. I expected more noise in downtown Phoenix, so the quiet was an unexpected bonus.
The ice machine was out of order.
