It was OK.
Pros:

The room was clean. There was plenty of hot water.

Cons:

there was an ongoing leak coming from the roof right in front of my room. It dripped on me while loading my car. The break room for the continental breakfast had a very stick floor in front of the counter. Selections were very limited. The coffee was not good. A coffee maker in the room would have been a real bonus.

If you’ve ever wanted to see hell, go there.
Pros:

The place looked nothing like the pictures. There was someone smoking crack right outside of the lobby. There was people smoking crack outside of their doors. There was a man physically assaulting his girlfriend/partner. You could hear through the windows. I refuse to go in the room as the place just from the outside and in the lobby was dirty and the manager told me I could get a full refund to call bookings.com. Bookings did not give me back my money as they said the manager did not release the money. I tried multiple times to go back to the hotel and multiple times to callbookings.com. Both parties gave me the runaround. The manager who first initially told me he was the manager then denied he was the manager and told me the manager’s name was Raz. With no last name just one name looked up that name it does not exist. He said he had no phone number to get a hold of her. There was no email address to get a hold of her and then one of the staff at the Days Inn told me the man I was speaking to the whole time was in fact the manager, but he had given me a false name.. and that the rooms were rented by the government to Home homeless people. I will never use bookings again and this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had although I never even walked in the room or stayed there. They got over $200 American of my money.

Cons:

Bookings.com and the hotel manager who changed his name to me three times and then denied he was the manager although his staff said he in fact was the manager did not give me my money back although I did not even check in or see the room because the crackheads outside smoking pipes. A man assaulting his woman And the disgusting lobby and outside was enough for me to not even want to see the room. I was promised my money back multiple times by bookings and the manager of this hotel, and I never received it although I went back there a couple times while on the phone with bookings to speak to the manager. They told me there was no email to get a hold of the manager and that there was no phone number I could call? Only gave me a fake name. So I went and found another hotel after spending over 200 American on a place that I refuse to go into And never stayed. Bookings and this manager of this hotel robbed me.

Convenient, priced right . Location . Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Room had a oder to it , TV didn't work and only one bed I reserved two. Hidden $100 fee given back upon leaving .

Place to catch some sleep before going home from a concert.
Pros:

It was close to the venue the concert was playing. Check in and out were relatively quick. Low traffic in the area at the time.

Pros:

Many people write that the neighborhood is dangerous, that there are unsavory characters around, and so on. I didn't encounter any of that. The hotel is clearly old, but the room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, and everything—hot water, towels, appliances—worked and looked fresh. The air conditioner was quiet, and the bedding was clean.

Cons:

The breakfasts are very basic and meager. There is no kettle in the room. The internet went down a couple of times—once for an hour and once for about 20 minutes—over the course of four days.
