Wonderful place to rest while adventuring around Kilkenny!
Pros:

Easy to get to and park, not too far from activity but not on a very loud street. Nice amenities, spacious room, very friendly

Pros:

I had a amazing experience with the hotel and the staff.
I unfortunately had an accident just before I checked in. All I will say is the Manager and all the staff saved the day.

The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of the city.
The car park is across the road.
Food was excellent, breakfast Lunch and dinner.
As I was unable to work the room service was a lifesaver.

All the staff were outstanding 👏

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the standard of the house keeping
1. Toilet not cleaned and under Toilet seat was stained
2. Glass over bath was left with water dripping off it across Toilet and on to floor (health and safety)
3.Fittig around water drain in sink needs a brush to be cleaned also grout around sink and granite dirty. I wet a tissue and dirt came off it with no effort on my part.
4. Waste bin in bathroom was all rusted.
Receptionist efficient but could do with smling
To conclude the stand didn't meet the cost

Throughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Swimming pool was lovely
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Great variety and everything was labeled and easy to find.

Cons:

The soap amd moisturiser dispenser in the the bathroom were filthy. There was dirt all around the bottles and containers for the wall. There were several stains on the carpet as well

Disappointing...
Pros:

Location is fantastic,
walking distance to everything,

Cons:

Have never stayed in a hotel and felt so uncomfortable,
Staff were by no means rude but certainly not friendly or approachable.
Not child friendly, booked this hotel because of the pool ,unfortunately children not allowed in pool after 6.30pm( only leant this after we checked in),as check in is 4pm...
