Perfectly peaceful
Pros:

The room was perfect! Children can be tricky to travel with but my boy loved the room! It was spacious for him to play with toys and he loved the bunk beds! He never complained once.
Staff were lovely helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was beautiful.
So close to the town we could park up the car and walk around for days.
We would definitely love to come back for a longer stay in the future

Cons:

The hairdryer was useless the temperature was too cool.
Just a minor detail.
In a family room a tiny fridge would be a good idea to keep a drop of milk in for the kids although any hotel we’ve been to doesn’t seem to have fridges anymore.

Location was great, bar and lounge were comfortable and inviting.

Cons:

Rooms had no air con so it was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep and there were a few items in the bathroom that were broke. It was also slightly strange for a buffet style hot breakfast a member of staff took your plate and plated for you instead of being able to choose yourself. The pool also needed a lot of updating especially in the locker room.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a due passi dal castello, camera spaziosa e letti molto comodi. Ottima la colazione, carina la macchina per prepararsi da soli i pancakes

Cons:

Personale alla reception poco gentile. Fila per la colazione, spazi della sala colazione troppo ristretti per le dimensioni dell'albergo

Beautiful setting and rooms but no equipped for summer holidays
Pros:

Hotel rooms were beautiful, but unfortunately no air conditioning or fans during the scorching hot summer months.

Cons:

The set up/arrangement with the acoustic centre pool was strange and we felt uncomfortable using the facilities with our children - the members didn’t appear to welcome hotel guests well. We also didn’t know we would have to wear swim hats and shoe covers to access the pool!

Great stay as usual lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel great amenities lovely food very clean love the foyer. Go every year with my daughter and family they have a great time with swimming pool and lovely choice of food for her children aswell. Looking forward to going back soon
