Location..clean and friendly staff

Food was mediocre & service was very slow , some staff were rude
Location was good and staff in reception were polite, kind and attentive
Bathroom in the room was not clean, dried stains in the toilet showed it hadn’t been cleaned in some time as well as signs of mould in the shower and dust on shelf behind the toilet. Breakfast was woefully organised. Had to wait for thirty minutes for a table due to high capacity. If you cannot handle high capacity you shouldn’t reach it. When we were told about the wait time the manner in which we were told was rude and utterly unacceptable. The older staff member waved her hand to the lobby in a shooing motion while shouting that there’s a wait time and we’re at the end of it. Her attitude beyond ignorance. If this is an issue for. The hotel they could even offer breakfast time slots but this system does not work.

Great location, swimming pool facilities, comfortable room with cot included, very friendly and helpful staff, buffet style breakfast, reasonable parking.
Full Irish breakfast was overcooked and not high in quality, pillows on the bed were a little uncomfortable, would be useful to have a mini fridge in the room.
Breakfast was delicious.
Location is fantastic.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
