Skvělý pobyt!
Pros:

Velmi prostorný pokoj a pohodlná postel. Skvělá lokalita.

Cons:

U snídaně nám chyběly zelenina, uzeniny, šunky… a sýry (byl k dispozici jen měkký cheddar). Ale z ostatních kategorií byl velký výběr.

Lovely hotel in great location. Prehaps expected a little more for the price charged but enjoyed our stays
Pros:

Location was fantastic
Really lovely staff especially the breakfast team and their supervisor, excellent service

Cons:

Needs a little re-fresh, paint touching up etc.
Room clean was a little sad, bins not emptied, towels not changed, it didn’t effect our stay however

ORRIBILE - DELUDENTE - CARO - RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO PESSIMO!!!
Pros:

La posizione è ottima vicinissima al centro e davanti ad un parcheggio multipiano molto comodo. La stanza era grande MA rifinita male (muri scrostati e macchiati di umido, battiscopa scheggiati, intonaci rovinati), non certo degna di un 4 stelle.

Cons:

Il bagno era ORRIBILE! Avevo prenotato una camera classic e mi è stata data una camera con bagno disabili (che tra l'altro non rispettava neanche le norme sulle barriere architettoniche: pulsante wc difficilmente accessibile, lavandino piccolo e con sifone sottostante che limita l'avvicinamento, rubinetteria non idonea) scomodissimo: aveva un lavandino piccolissimo circa 30x20 cm, montato a circa 70cm da terra, non ci si poteva lavare la faccia o i denti senza allagare il bagno... io soffro di mal di schiena e per poter arrivare all'acqua mi dovevo totalmente inchinare, figuratevi cosa significava per me! Non c'era un posto dove appoggiare il beauty case quindi bisognava tenere tutto in camera sulla scrivania e poi portarsi le singole cose in bagno. Anche il phon era scomodo, di quel tipo dove devi continuare a premere il pulsante per farlo funzionare. Inoltre, poichè non c'era il box doccia facendosi la doccia si allagava il bagno. Ciliegina sulla torta: fuori c'erano 15° ma dentro la stanza si moriva dal caldo, abbiamo quindi aperto la finestra ma solo parzialmente perchè, ovviamente, era bloccata. Durante la notte con il piumone si moriva dal caldo (era un piumone invernale ma con quelle temperature è eccessivo) e senza piumone c'era freddo.. non abbiamo dormito niente. Ho speso 329€ per una stanza che a mala pena nel valeva 80€! Ho chiesto di cambiare camera ma mi è stato detto che non ce n'era una libera. Ciò che critico fortemente è che se un hotel vende una camera così lo dovrebbe specificare, l'utente ha il diritto di scegliere se accettarla o meno e in ogni caso dovrebbe farla pagare di meno perchè non vale di certo 329€! Non sono andata in un b&b e ho scelto un hotel 4 stelle perchè volevo stare comoda in un ambiente elegante. Invece sono stata SCOMODA in un ambiente brutto e ho anche speso tanto! Sono veramente SCONTENTA!!!! Lo sconsiglio a chiunque!!!

pleasant and will stay again but a little disappointed as we have stayed several times over the past

We stayed for 4 nights yet the beds were not made on 2 occasions, and cups not replaced

Breakfast was okay BUT not everyone wants a full cooked breakfast yet there were no cold alternatives. A hotel of this rating should have some cold meats/cheeses etc

Great location , clean , with a good breakfast.
Pros:

The location was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also good with a variety of options . The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
