Pros:

Distance from concert was perfect. Distance from restaurants was great.

Cons:

Check in time was postponed due to maintenance and ended up getting another room after waiting till about 4 to get a room. Tissue holder wasn't in wall. Bathtub was not cleaned. Floors where not cleaned as wekl. Air conditioner had a funny smell. Very noisy.
