Pros:

We enjoyed our room. It was clean except a Weed smell and pee smell but front desk gave us spray which made it better.

Cons:

We requested the top floor and to be next ( close ) to the elevator. The young guy told me it was but it was near the end of the hall after getting to the room. We didn't move room since we were told there were none available.

Price is great, facilities passed inspections with defects.
Pros:

New, clean, day crew was very attentive. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

TV was hung crooked, excess paint left on trim from painting walls, the light fixture in the bathroom was rusted badly. It appears the builder rushed things, cut corners and installed substandard lights. The price might invite elements you don't want....evidence is all the scratches on the stainless steel panels in the elevator. Bad elements mark their territory...

Best hotel in sevierville!
Pros:

I love this hotel, anytime I Ever Need somewhere to stay I always use this hotel. The staff is always really nice and helpful, the rooms are really nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. I like the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of Sevierville within walking distance of several places. I also love the prices, probably one of the best places to stay for the price!

Would not stay here again. Definitely NOT worth the price

It was a great location.

Cons:

Our room was dusty & pillows were wet because of how musky the room was. The shower floor looked disgusting and the cracks in the bathroom floor looked like there was mold. There was dirt and dust everywhere around the room.

Budget only if staying
Pros:

The location. We was off the stip but close for driving. It was quiet.

Cons:

We got there late and when we walked in the room smelled like mildew. The over head light in the bathroom was falling out. There was a rag sticking out of the removed bar in the shower. And there was mold growing in the corner of the bathroom ceiling. After bring the attention to the room, we was switched to a new one. And it was ok. Bed was hard. We stayed 3 nights.

It was very comfortable,we really enjoyed our time there,we will reconnect to stay there again and the pay was excellent

We have stayed here multiple times and will continue.
Pros:

Rooms are always clean, very friendly staff

Cons:

Parking is awful. The parking lot is very tight and it’s hard to get in and out of parking spaces. Also, almost every time we have stayed, there have been big trucks parked on the side taking up multiple parking spaces. We also noticed last time we stayed that the upkeep of the hotel is getting worse. The elevators and hallways and such weren’t the cleanest.
