Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was far. Location was good.

Cons:

Room smelt like cigarettes smoke, floor had dead bugs on it. Floor was dirty got my socks black. Live spider on the bed. People having sex in the pool.

They stole $551.25 from my account by charging me an additional night. The room was not clean, the bedding was tore, and the toiletries were used. I called the front desk to see if they had another room, they responded “no”. When I expressed my concerns I was given the run around. This place has hidden fees that they claim are written in bookings policy, which I have found untrue. If this site has any concern for their customers, please remove this location from your pickings.

WiFi did not work, the desk clerk checking in reaked of stinking cigars (black and mild) the breakfast was posted until 10am both days attendant pulled food at 915, on Monday while we were still eating she pulled food turned out the light while we were still eating and closed the door of the eating area didn't even speak to tell us what she was doing

For the great price is was good
Pros:

First the room was stale smelling until we turned ac on. Second when I went down at 7:30 for breakfast, everything was empty. No gravy, biscuits,eggs, and only 2 pieces of sausage. I ended up eating a bagel and yogurt. Almost a half hour later is when employee came to fill up stations. Only when she heard a lot of people coming in. Also the pool was a good walk from the room.

Employee needs to be more mindful of the breakfast area. The Best Western in Navarre is my favorite and someone is constantly checking levels. Which the pool would have been closer to the actual hotel.

The hotel was fine. I love the breakfast. The first room wasn't as clean, but the second room they put me in was nice. The staff was very polite

booking.com is overcharging me for an extra night and it's overdraft in my account

Great pit stop for a night stay.
