Great room, plenty of space and very clean. The bed was fantastic, ensured a good nights sleep

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war exzellent, sehr reichhaltig. War vom Zentrum doch etwas zu weit weg für uns, aber insgesamt noch ok.

Cons:

Wir hatten zunächst um ein ruhiges Zimmer ( classic large) gebeten, bekamen eins zur Straße. Da es zudem -nicht wie gebucht - keinen Safe hatte, haben wir es reklamiert. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer mit Safe und sogar Klimaanlage. Es war ein Upgrade. Man hat sich sehr bemüht unser Anliegen zu lösen. Wir waren eine Woche dort und das hätten wir ohne Klimaanlage ( die nicht in der Buchungsbestätigung stand) nicht ausgehalten. Es haben nicht alle Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und einen Safe.

Utmärkt hotell, prisvärt!
Pros:

Mycket trevligt hotell, precis där vi ville vara. Utmärkt bar, fantastisk frukost. Kommer gärna åter!

Varmt som satan och icke fungerade AC men trevlig personal och fenomenal frukost. Bra gym och bastu!
Pros:

Personalen var fantastisk. Väldigt hjälpsam även om de va lite underbemannade. Frukosten var också väldigt bra. Bland de bättre jag har varit med om.

Cons:

För 2 månader så bodde jag på en av de större sviterna, det fanns inget badkar och det var allmänt dåligt isolerat mot trafiken utanför och ACn fungerade inte heller Så nu tänkte jag inte slösa pengar på det utan beställde istället ett mindre rum. Detta kom dock HELT utan AC så jag var tvungen att uppgradera. Det nya rummets AC fungerade inte heller så efter en lång svettig natt så fick jag hjälp att uppgradera rummet ännu en gång. Det nya rummet var väldigt bra storleksmässigt och hade även badkar men deras AC fungerade knappt. Den sänkte bara temperaturen från 24 till 22 grader.

Personalen bad så mycket om ursäkt och gav mig kompensation i form av presentkort på restaurangen och på frukosten.

This hotel is special and treats guests like royalty
Pros:

We had travelled 8.5k kms through 9 countries and before we arrived we were hit with torrential rain, hail and lightning. Our original plan was to do sightseeing but instead we arrived at hotel extremely wet wondering if we could check in very early. I was met by the kindest receptionist ever at a busy hotel. She made me feel that I was only guest and understood that we were very wet from weather. She allowed us to check in early. Hotel parking was full but she connected my phone to WiFi, helped download parking app and assisted with setting up account for parking. The hotel was magnificent as was the staff. The breakfast was fantastic


The kind receptionist was extraordinary and put the Elite into Elite Palace. I would highly recommend

Gutes Hotel, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station entfernt .
Pros:

Das Frühstück war großartig, sehr große Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar waren abends kurz. Andere Gäste bekamen nach dem offiziellen Schluss noch Getränke, wir nicht.
