Really Rude General manager Arthur Sorrell. Shouldn't be at the front desk facing customers. Horrible experience.
Pros:

We originally booked this for two nights. Liked the hotel and the City and decided to add another night. We were asked to come back and check in for the additional day. When we came back to the room the room hadn't been cleaned and had trash bins full. When we asked for them to be cleaned they said they could replace the towels and clean out the trash. They did refund our parking fee. Extremely Rude General manager.

A large and comfortable hotel
Pros:

It was a very interesting, comprehensive, and clean hotel experience. Easy access from the parking lot to the room. The staff are very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!
