El personal camareras, limpiadoras, camareros cocineros, animación muy amables y serviciales y el buffet muy bueno también

La habitación, necesita una renovación urgente, tal vez un Labado de cara para actualizarla carpintería y muebles aunque sea restaurarlos por que son buenos pero ya muy gastados, el baño un peligro con la bañera , está muy vieja, aunque Antigua la habitación estaba bien limpia. Y es bonito el lugar tipo villas con el jardín pero no es incómodo andar por ahí mucha distancia entre zona de restaurantes y habitación es difícil con las distancias el pavimento de las calles levantado y peligro yo de hecho me cahí por que por la noche no hay buena iluminación ni dentro del hotel ni alrededores.El sitio muy bonito donde está ubicado la playa es la joya del lugar, pero en estas condiciones no creo que vuelva, lo mismo cuando lo reformen si. Gracias por todo

4 noches en familia.
Pros:

La atención del personal es espectacular. Las habitaciones se encuentran inmersas en un bosque muy lindo. Instalaciones muy completas con 2 piscinas, juegos y entretenimiento para toda la familia. La comida esta muy bien tambien y esta todo incluido realmente. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Cons:

Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, solo ventilador y con la humedad de la isla, se hace un poco pesado. La distancia desde las habitaciones hacia el comedor/desayunador es muy larga ademas tiene pendientes pronunciadas que puede ser complejo para personas con movilidad reducida.
En la zona de piscinas no hay rampas para movilidad con silla de ruedas o cochecitos de bebe.
La zona comedor se hace un poco concurrida a la hora se comer.
