Not as great as they say, I will stay somewhere else next time
Pros:

It was in a decent area and close to the place I was working at

Cons:

Bathroom faucet was wobbly
The sink on floor was sticky
Breakfast was not ready at 6am as advertised
When I got there, my reservation was not updated and they had charged me $90 in advance for no show even though I called ahead of time to explain my flight had been cancelled. They added more $$ for the total cost for the change even though their place was not full and the flight cancellation was not my fault.
They should not say they have breakfast, they only had coffee and some old muffins.

Pros:

I traveled from New York for a short stay 1 night o support a family member and friends in a play directored and produced by someone I know. The staff was nice and pleasant when checking in as she couldn't find my paid reservation at first but when I provide my email confirmation booked and paid for online it was helpful and resolved the issue for us both.

Cons:

Television didn't work and air conditioner quality was very bad....filter needs to be cleaned it's filled with builted up dust and dirt

Its found written above. Otherwise it would not have been too bad. The front desk was not pleasant
Pros:

The cleanliness I liked, the beds were fine, no microwave or refrigerator in room I didnt like

Cons:

Toilet seats too low, front desk staff inconsiderate and they charge rooms at not if something is not right or corrected they call room and disturbed your rest after staying many days prior.

Cons:

The room was not clean there was no remote for the television no toilet tissue and there were ticks in the bathroom. My family and I couldn’t shower because the tub was dirty. In the morning I saw 2 ticks in the bathroom so we did not wait until check out we just left

Will Never Stay At This Hotel Again
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to walk to many restaurants and venues. Booked a room for a concert at The Fillmore so only a 15 minute walk to get there.

Cons:

The air conditioning worked a little but the entire unit is falling apart plus there was no filter in it so I woke up congested. The floor had stains on it and the bathtub was peeling. No shampoo. Wi-fi did not work at all! I would have to go out in the parking lot to get a signal. I pray I didn't bring home any bed bugs.

A bed and bathroom is what you get. That’s good enough.
Pros:

I chose this place based on a prior stay.
It is quiet. It is close enough to walk to Silver Springs places and Uber will get you to DC places easily.

I had a good bed, good climate control and a functioning bathroom with hot water.

Cons:

It’s a good, basic place. The price was the best I could find.
