The front desk was rude af wen i arrived and the room the shower was broken
Cold ac and has netflix
The front desk was really rude once i arrived bfore i even checked in also when i went to my room 2202 the shower was clogged so i let him kno but told me they was all booked
SO UPSET I HAVE A ROOM THAT THE NEXT DOOR SUITE CAN SEE INTO MY ROOM!!! LITERALLY MISSIJG A PIECE OF THE WALL.CAN SEE RIGHT INTO THERE PLACE AND VISA VERSA!!!
CAUGHT HIM LOOKING AT ME THROUGH THE HALF INCH WALL MISSING NEAR WINDOW!!!
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSABLE REASON OR ALLOWENCE FOR THIS HORRENDOUS HOTEL TO ACCOMMODATE ANYONE WITHOUT SENSE OF SECURITY AND PRIVACY!!

Alittle confusion on a security deposit Vs hotel amenities fee.
It’s a decent hotel and it’s very convenient. A little issue here and there but nothing major. Shout out to Ms Kana for always making our stay feel amazing. She’s very helpful and always smiling plus she’s the only staff that offer the gym pass and restaurant coupons when they had it which we was surprised about it because the other staff never offer it to us but I guess it is what it is. Her customer service is really great love this place cause of her.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. I came in and checked in after 3 days traveling. Was very tired. Asked for an upper floor room to obtain quiet and was very pleased with the room assignment. I would definitely book again with this hotel and refer to all my traveling and business friends.
The drug addicts across the street. The stench of marijuana filled the air outside the building and practically destroyed my clean fresh air. Thankfully, the a/c in the room proved very helpful and quiet.

They canceled our booking so we didnt even get to stay and had to book elsewhere.
Probably last time I will go through booking to book a hotel
Ngl my room was not like what's pictured. It's pretty dirty and the noisy AC unit in the window was not expected. The walls are pretty thin as well. I could hear neighbor phone conversation pretty well. It reminded me of staying in a hostel a bit.
Despite all of this, the location is is really nice. It's a 7-10 minute walk to the Hawaii Convention Center and there are restaurants, food trucks, and the Waikiki Brewing Company just a few steps away.
And the most wonderful part were the receptionists, Mario and Kana. They're so very nice, helpful, and welcoming with the warmest smiles.
If you're just looking for a place to lay your head at night, is recommend this place. If you're looking for a more luxurious stay, I'd suggest somewhere else.

The overall property is conveniently located in Waikiki. The atmosphere is charming, the room is simple yet sweet with a stunning view, the pool area is mellow and very calming even with kids around, THE SERVICE. Special thank you to Blade who was a pleasure to work with over and over he always managed to find ways to accommodate unforeseen incidences, and has the best can do attitude he really helped our stay to be stress-less in stressful times and would literally stop what he is in the middle of doing to help, its something we rarely see, thank you for the Aloha Blade and Waikiki Monarch you’re doing a great job :)
