The place is a very convenient location with exceedingly friendly staff.
Pros:

The cleaning staff and the breakfast area staff and the receptionists were very friendly. Easy walk to the beach. The ac was working well, and that is important. The shower works well. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired, dated. It is in need of repair. While we were there several pieces of the floor board broke off of the wall. The elevators were squeaking loudly and the elevator door did not close properly. It was certainly in need of maintenance.

Location good but we didn’t like the room
Pros:

The location was close to the beach
The bed was comfortable
The staff were friendly

Cons:

The bathroom was a very strange set up. There was no room to move as a pillar of mirrors was right in the middle. The toilet seat was broken and there was mould around the bath
