Good hotel with very rude front desk staff.
Pros:

Location, the rooms are really spacious, they have A/C kettle and fridge. It is a good value for money.

Cons:

Front desk/reception staff was extremely rude and without any understanding for our situation regarding luggage. We had just one suitcase per person and wanted to leave these for two days and then come back to the same accommodation for one night, after spending five nights there already in two separate rooms. They did not want to hold our luggage so we canceled the bookings and booked at another place. We actually told them and showed them we were gonna do it but they did not care at all. Anyway, on collecting our luggage after a couple of hours, we saw that the luggage room was almost completely empty. I am only glad that we do not have to come back to that place.

a little more, why is this in red? i did ttype what you asked me to type, now it is only orange . ok if you want to improve try being happy with what you have , if you keep sending surveys i will be unsatisfied

damb reviews, i mean doesnt staying at your hotel everytime (mostly depending on availability) give you all the answers you need ? i am not a rocket scientist , i do not know what you need to do to make people happy other than offer free winning lotto tickets
