Os atendentes falam inglês, o que é fundamental para o bom atendimento no setor hoteleiro. I rather use my english because is my powerful language. People from anothers places doesn't know how to use this tool. English is a Key tha open all kind of doors. Castro's hotel is excellent because they invest in the right type of people. I luv my days on there and I recomended too much. God bless everybody that works there, since the recepcionist Yago Moraes or Marcos untill the mad and waiters. Everything is possible when you are well attented.

Cons:

Having to leave... The booking.com promotion that makes my stay cheaper only lasted two days, unlikly. But, when I com back here at Goiânia again I will do this again. I deserve this.

O café da manhã é fantástico, a equipe de staff é super atenciosa é muito educada. Os manobristas do estacionamento são educados e prestativos. A equipe da recepção são educados e pró-ativos. Toda a equipe do hotel estão de parabéns, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no Castro´s Park novamente. Foi uma excelente experiência.
