We loved everything about this property! The location is ideal, the rooms are very well equipped and comfortable, the breakfast is divine and this hotel is literally in THE PRETTIEST street in all of Rome.
A great location that truly delivers on its promise — steps away from Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The atmosphere and decor of the property have a charming, intimate character that felt genuinely Roman rather than generic hotel. The staff were attentive and warm throughout our stay. A few small things could be polished here and there, but nothing that affected the overall experience meaningfully. Would recommend for couples or anyone wanting to be right in the heart of Rome.
The one notable downside: the room was uncomfortably warm during our late April stay, and we were told the air conditioning cooling mode was not yet activated for the season. For a city that can get quite hot in spring, this felt like an unnecessary inconvenience — it did affect our sleep comfort. Something worth knowing if you're visiting in April or May.

Kedves a személyzet. A reggeli fennséges, a kávé és a capuccino nagyon finom. A szobák jók (az ágymatrac rendkívüli). Az egyik szoba ablaka a lifthofra nyílik, de nem kell megijedni, az tiszta, és egyáltalán nem büdös, a másik szoba ablaka az utcai közlekedőre nyilt, az is rendben volt. A szobák jól felszereltek, még esernyő is van. Igényes az egész szálloda.

Érkezéskor kauciót vonnak le a kártyáról (ezt sehol nem jelzik előre), de kijelentkezés után egy nappal már vissza is kaptam.

Location is superb, nice lobby, good breakfast; room looks small and basic at the first site, but somehow it contains everything you may need and is comfortable and silent; good value for money.
