Close to the centre of town with ample parking
Pros:

Parking availability across 3 levels, including a garage, was exceptional and is just inside the walls of the City. Easy walk to the centre of town. The views from the terrace are also exceptional. This is a good quality hotel.

Cons:

The reception level bar area is a little sterile and the bar on the terrace was not open. Otherwise superb.

Das Hotel lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande der Altstadt, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Auf der Dachterrasse, von der aus wir einen schönen Blick in die Umgebung werfen konnten, konnten wir den Tag schön ausklingen lassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde in Büffetform gereicht. Es war für jeden etwas vorhanden. Wir würden es bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Siena sofort wieder buchen.

Really disappointing and unsanitary

Very disappointing stay. The room we were given the first night looked nothing like the photos and had visible signs of leaks, black mould, and the room was not very clean at all. I had booked for 2 nights, so I asked to cancel the second night, given the state of the room. This was denied as it is against their hotel policy. When showing photos of the black mould in the room, I was given an upgraded room on the second day, which I appreciated. However, despite it being a much nicer room, it still had mould and cleanliness issues. The hotel is unwilling to give a partial refund and said that the mould problems were ‚localised‘.

Nossa experiência no BH Hotel foi excelente! O hotel tem ótima localização, muito conveniente para quem deseja explorar Roma, especialmente pela proximidade com a estação Termini. Quartos confortáveis, ambiente limpo e organizado, além de um café da manhã muito bom.

O grande diferencial, porém, foi o atendimento da equipe. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar com simpatia e atenção.

Um agradecimento especial ao Jorge, que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Seu atendimento foi impecável: gentil, atencioso, profissional e sempre preocupado em oferecer a melhor experiência possível. É raro encontrar alguém que receba os hóspedes com tanta cordialidade e dedicação. Sem dúvida, ele faz toda a diferença no hotel.

Recomendo fortemente o BH Hotel para quem procura conforto, excelente localização e, principalmente, um atendimento humano e acolhedor em Roma!

Excellent Breakfast, Great Location, and Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of offerings. The location was convenient and provided easy access to everything. The room was a bit small, but still very comfortable. Amazing staff friendly and helpful. Thank specially to Serena.
