Pros:

Posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo e giovane, peccato per quel ragazzo da solo lasciato a gestire il ristorante in terrazza con oltre 40 persone! Camere molto pulite e con tanti comfort. Super consigliato,con pochissime pecche che si possono migliorare facilmente.

Da rivedere i bagni e parcheggio caotico.

Cons:

Der opstod en misforståelse omkring parkering. Ved ankomst fik vi at vide at vi kunne parkere til om eftermiddagen på afrejsedagen. Det kunne vi ikke alligevel og måtte parkere på gaden ud for hotellet.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal si on voyage en voiture et avoir le parking sur place est très agréable. Ensuite Sienne se visite à pieds sans problème. Le repas au restaurant sur le toit de l'hôtel était très bon.

Hôtel parfait pour découvrir Sienne et y dîner le soir
Pros:

Le service dès l’arrivée est irréprochable. On porte nos bagages jusqu’à la chambre, on gare notre voiture et avec le sourire 😀 Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits vraiment confortables. Le petit déjeuner est fourni et délicieux. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, le service est excellent et les plats délicieux. Je recommande vraiment. J’oubliais la vue au coucher du soleil et le panier pour faire dormir notre petite chienne 😍.

La réception très aimable et serviable. Comme nous ne pouvions pas aller dans la salle à manger avec notre petit chien, ils nous ont servi un petit déjeuner royal dans la chambre, sans supplément. Initiative très agréable.
